Like these for a mid workout refuel. Good taste.

I've used Gu gel packs for years as a cyclist - and they do their thing. Thing is with the gel - you sacrifice enjoyment for super energy and fast pick up. We needed something for a big time hiking trip out west - something more enjoyable - less utilitarian - but still with quick-ish energy, so I took a chance on these and could not be more satisfied. Over a six hour hike in Yosemite I ate MANY of these. The single foil pack means you can eat one at a time. The small size is imminently packable (purse, backpack, messenger back etc...). The texture has a slight "crunch" to it - really, more like a slight CRISP - which is really pleasant. Despite the purpose driven aspect to them - quick calories when you need 'em - THESE ARE TASTY. No nasty overly-sweet taste - I'd eat these during a normal business day between meetings just to keep energy up. I would re-buy these without hesitation and really enjoy them at the same time. Get 'em - you'll enjoy 'em. OH YEAH - and they'll give you the quick replacement energy you need.

I really like these, and the friends I've introduced to them seem to like them also. This is my usual halfway snack for my 50 mile bike rides every few days. Taste great and provide that extra energy needed. They are also lightweight for backpacking.

I’ve ordered these twice and really like them for a long run or pre run fuel. However, in both boxes I’ve gotten a mixed selection of some waffles are appropriately chewy, others are hard or dried out and break like a cracker, completely inedible. I’ve had to throw those away. Would love if they were consistently chewy!

I’m obsessed with these GU protein waffles! They’re basically like a stroopwafel but with added protein, so I don’t feel guilty eating one before a workout or as a quick snack. The texture is soft and chewy—nothing like those dry, chalky bars. I keep one in my purse or gym bag for when I need something fast but still filling. The flavor is sweet but not too much, and it actually feels like I’m eating a treat. Definitely ordering more!

サクッと言うよりしっとり系です、2つに割ろうとすると崩れそうになります、この感じはとても好きです、たくさんの栄養素がある割りにはとてもよい味で飽きません、他の種類も試しましたがこの味がいちばん好きです、栄養補給にピッタリ、もう少しお手頃価格なら良いなと思います

In the description it is said that it is a pack of 16 waffles. But in reality it is only 1 waffle
