Q: I want to use this to power a 120 vac water transfer pump that draws 2.3 amps (276 watts). What size battery should I use?

A battery bigger than 45Ah will be ok. The bigger, you can use for longer time.

Q: I have a 500 watt modified sine wave inverter. it will not run my 50 watt lcd tv. will this pure sine wave run it?

This will be no problem to run LCD tv.

Q: After 2 hours of running a small load, less than 100 watts the unit is beeping why? The battery deep cycle is not low voltage 12.72 volts

Please tell us what exact load you are running? The beeping can be from low voltage alarming or overtemperature protection. If the load you are running is freezer or similar kind of induction load which need high starting up power then this maybe a low voltage alarming as it will draw high current in starting up and drop the battery voltage. The inverter Fan is running or not as beeping, please also tell us so as we can judge exactly what situation is this. thank you!
