This sized XXL fitting perfectly. I wear 8-9 hours at work and didn’t feel pinching below my knees. Good moderate compression support. I like the fabric not too rough. Easier to put on and take off. I highly recommend. Good value for the price. Just have to find the right sizes. I tried XL, it was too tight.

I have hip and low back issues that have been progressing over time. Due to difficulty walking, my lower legs have been overcompensating which causes all sorts of other problems. I decided to try these with the copper to see if any difference would result. I can say that it has improved my mobility tremendously so I can focus on my hips. When I put them on the first day, I thought they were too tight. My mind wanted to reject them, but I left them on for several hours. It was amazing how much relief they provided. The nerve and tendon strain, sharp pains and increased problems toward my ankles just stopped. During the first several hours, I actually felt a cooling sensation. These are just my first hand experiences. I took them off before bed, and my legs and body hurt much less throughout the night. I awoke with much less pain, and upon putting them on again, they were extremely comfortable. The cooling affect is amazing, and the increased mobility gives me renewed hope that I can recover from the extreme overall pain. Be warned that they do fit snuggly and alarm bells will go off. It's is just a natural human reaction to fear that your circulation will be affected, but for me it just works. I have recommended this product to my family.

My daughter is a 17 year old teen powerhouse, plays every sport very actively in school and of course has shin splints because of her activities. I purchased these to try to help with the pain. In her case she mainly has pain when she runs or jumps, they do seem to help but she still has pain, so not completely gone, but the pain is not as bad. Still well worth the purchase and I would recommend as a good option. I am going to try the KT Tape as well under the sleeves and see how that works. If this helps someone, we purchased Size Large, she is 5' 6" 139 lbs., not overly muscular calves but an athletes build. I know deciding on which size is half the battle, the large seems to give her a nice firm fit but does not squeeze at bands or the body of the sleeve at all. That was a concern, I didn't want to constrict blood flow or be uncomfortable in the band areas.

It works but I advised order one size larger. I will reorder two XL size. I didn't feel pain wearing it and pain free on my knees.

Update: 2nd set... do not stay up. I am constantly having to pull them up .. I had to drop it to 3 stars. I like them. I have 22 inch calves and ordered the 3xl. I like the the fit on the calf, but are way tight on the ankle. The fabric does relax, the compression is lighter on the calf but not the ankle.... but now they are requiring multiple readjustments through out my 13 hour work day. I will probably buy again......

I was using some compression socks but having a great deal of foot pain from the compression. I saw these and thought I’d give them a try. Not only was it a success, these are hands down the best compression “socks” I have ever used. My left leg due to bad injury at 17 and blood clots from that injury is always swollen and larger that my right leg. I wore them to work for the first time yesterday, and then took them off for the night. This morning I woke up and my left leg was so much less swollen than normal it’s hard to believe. Highly recommend these compression sleeves.

I bought 2XL and they are still too tight. Need 2 sizes bigger than normal.

The size does not fit. Seller refund without hassle
