Died after 3 months of use. Had to replace the Mainboard, Power Supply, Memory, SSD. Tech Service sent a new power supply after 3 weeks and several email. I gave up on Tech Service and the Warranty and just bought new parts to rebuild the PC. Tech Service useless as I called multiple times to get someone and then I could not hear them on the phone. Run don't walk from these PCs!! Excellent computer. Lots of memory, quiet and keyboard works great. Great buy. Worked right out of the box. Plugged it in, attached to network and it ran perfectly.

My Son really likes it. It is waiting for him when he comes to take to his next command. Lol

On the surface, this is a great deal for a PC of this nature. I was happy with it overall for the first 6 months and then ran into some software related issues, that I was able to resolve. At around 8 months, one of the fans on the Graphics card started to produce noise which appears to be bearing related. When I reached out to support, they DID tell me that the graphics card could be sent to them to review and possible replacement sent out. I had explained to them that the computer is used for business and asked that the replacement be sent so that I could swap and return the faulty hardware. This was not an acceptable option for them, so the ask was for me to take my computer out of production for an extended period of time, at my cost to ship the part, so that they might warranty it. This would cost me more revenue than replacing the part. I asked about replacement fans, looking for part numbers and none were provided. I will be forced to replace and repair this major component on my own after just 8 months. Again, they offered to take the video card back to look at it, but the inconvenience and customer expectation is very poor. Communication with the company was daily, but only one email per day so our conversations stretched out over weeks.

i got this 1.5 years ago and just wanted to say phenomenal machine. Everything runs smoothly and i am very satisfied with the product.

Ok, first off, I'm fairly PC savvy and somewhat technical, but right out of the box you knew something was off. Upon first bootup, you need a LAN cable to connect so the initial setup can be completed. What? Who has a LAN cable lying around, I did, but most won't. Ok, so I schlep the equipment over to my WIRELESS router so I can connect the cable to it. Continue on setting up Windows and the cheap bluetooth & WiFi dongles that come with it are as cheap looking as they come. I did not realize there is no built in WiFi on the motherboard or internal NIC card, but OK. Cannot get the internet to work. Finally gave up and bought a WiFi booster connection for an extra $30. Finally got WiFi working the next day. Then connection problems happened. Windows explorer cannot read my external HDD, tried all USB ports. iTunes cannot recognize phone in USB ports. Then finally got WiFi and sound working, but super fancy video card & sound cannot synch up videos. I mean, cmon, this is the Ferrari of parts and I have to watch a Youtube or internet video and the sound is almost a second behind the video. I tried everything, tweaking card, display, sound, nothing worked. This was not related to the internet lagging or whatever because I had saved videos on my drive & that didn't work properly either. Very frustrating that I would need to go through all these hoops just to get basic PC functions to work properly. And I never even tried to load a super graphical intensive video game yet because of these issues. Why bother. End result, returning the PC and getting a well known, recognizable brand PC that may cost more, but worth it. And there's no instructions whatsoever for any setup, aside from how to take the case off and look at all the pretty colors inside the very large case. I admit I was influenced by the prettiness of this PC and the parts sounded great, but you need to be a techie to get everything working & tweaked the way it should be working right out of the box. Very disappointed.

easy set up

It runs fast and strong, the 3060 ti makes it even far better for gaming and deskwork, the quality is perfect for my eyes so there's nothing to complain about in that aspects. Only issue is there was no built in wifi chip but that's more of a minor inconvenience I already planned for.
