Great pdt but no support for warranty in india
The product is exceptional, deserving a five-star rating. However, I have been unable to reach the official seller, distributor Sophus Technosol, for any warranty claims, as my attempts to contact them through various emails and WhatsApp based on the information provided on the Ugreen website have gone unanswered for the past two months. This review pertains to my experiences with other Ugreen products, as I have purchased nearly 20 different items in the past, but I faced reality when seeking support. In short rely on ugreen quality not on indian seller.

A simple plug-and-play device which adds more USB-ports to your PC/Laptop. UGREEN has become a reliable brand for these kinds of things. Worth the recommendation. Plus the price is amazing. Other brands charge 2-3x this price.

Reliable and versatile USB hub
The UGREEN USB Hub 3.0 is a fantastic addition to my desk setup. With multiple ports, it makes connecting several devices a breeze, from external drives to peripherals like keyboards and mice. The build quality is excellent, with a sturdy design that feels premium. The data transfer speed is impressive, living up to the 3.0 standard. Files transfer quickly, and there’s no noticeable lag. I also appreciate the plug-and-play functionality, as it works seamlessly with my laptop and desktop without needing additional drivers. Its compact size is another plus, taking up minimal desk space while keeping everything organized. Whether for work or personal use, this hub is reliable, efficient, and well worth the price. One issue I did find was that there are issues with my wireless headphones that use a USB receiver. Not the fault of the UGREEN hub, as in my headphones manual it says that if using a USB hub, it needs to be powered. Overall I would recommend this as long as you are not using it for wireless headphones.
