10/10 I recommend. I had awful compacted ear wax. I purchased one of those camera sticks you can put in your ear to clean it but I fumbled around trying to get the wax out and I inadvertently pushed the wax deeper and more compacted. My hearing instantly became muffled, I could hardly hear anything out of my left ear. I panicked. I poked, prodded, and tried to flush it out with a bulb. I made it worse, my ear was bleeding from the spots I kept poking at, the water was getting trapped in my ear bc of the wax so my ear was aching and throbbing and I still couldn’t hear. I almost went to the urgent care. I ordered this asap but had to wait a couple days for it to arrive and I didn’t know if I could wait that long. It came in, I followed the instructions and mixed water with hydrogen peroxide and over the course of 2 days I must’ve refilled the water bottle over a dozen times completely emptying the water into my ear. It took time but chunks started breaking off and coming out. Until suddenly, I could hear again! That’s when I knew the last bit was finally out. The pic is just from the last part that was in so deep and was so hard to come out. But there was more that had come out the previous day of spraying. Flushing with a bulb just won’t work if you have a lot of wax/compacted wax/ and or it’s deep. It is so convenient to just continuously spray in your ear to properly flush it out. This spray comes with different spray heads to get the job done. I used the tri-spray head mostly until the end. I took it off and just used the tube to be able to put it a little deeper in my ear and spray to get the deep stuff out. This product saved my ear! I hear with great clarity, it wasn’t painful to use so you can use it for as long as needed, and it saved me a trip and money from going to an urgent care.

If you could see the crap that comes out of my kids ears lol. But he would kill me if I showed you. Super easy to use. Fill it with warm water and go for it, has a handy cup thing to hold against your ear to flush. Have used it a handful of times and always does the job.

Works as intended, a little messy to use on your own.

I had impacted earwax that left my hearing muffled for weeks. My husband used this device after putting some drops of peroxide and letting it sit for a few minutes, we removed a large piece of earwax and my hearing came back to normal after a day. This saved me a trip to the urgent care and it was a little uncomfortable but overall painless.

Great product, I just think I need actual medical attention for my lack of hearing. I thought this would help, thinking it might’ve just been earwax build up. But I do recommend trying it out!

2 year old had been dealing with a nasty bacterial and fungal infection in his ear for over a month. They've flushed mold and pus out of his ear at the pediatricians office twice. Unfortunately the treatment drops are slow to work and the mold regrew, so I bought this to try flushing it at home. It worked just like the one the Dr used and I was able to flush out a bunch of nasty stuff.

I was very much looking forward to using this item. Upon opening up the box I began to assemble to the bottle and took the tubing out of the zip lock sealed bag. I immediately noticed that there were specks of "dirt" and blonde hair on the end of the tubing where it meets the attachment that enters your ear. I say "dirt" because it looks awfully familiar to pictures from the reviews I have seen. There is no one in my home that has blonde hair. In summary, buy at own risk Check your equipment to make sure that it is clean. This may be a great product but I won't find out.

Brilliant..tried 3 different products from the chemist and not a thing helped and after 1st few sprays from the water bottle and hot water the blockage was sorted no pain what so ever

Very happy I didn't have to wait two weeks to get a doctor's appointment to get my ears flushed out. It arrived 2 days after I ordered it and worked very well. I wasn't a fan of the small bucket that comes with it, but you can very easily just hang over the sink. I recommend using lukewarm water (air on the colder side of lukewarm as a form of caution, I sprayed once behind my ear to see how warm it felt) , as cold can be really uncomfortable. It might take quite a few sprays to get the big blockage out, I used about 1/3 of the bottle when the big blockage got flushed out. Literally rinse and repeat.

I think everyone should invest in one of these, it’s so simple and rewarding. I initially worried about if I would hurt myself or cause damage but, no you are in control of squirting pressure and temperature of the water. It’s cleared my blockage feeling. Job done, but happy to have it on hand in the medicine box at home.

Llevo desde el domingo por la noche utilizando el taponoto para que el tapon este más blando, me ha llegado hoy miércoles, lo he utilizado está noche y perfecto. Rápidamente ha quitado el tapón. Ahora le utilizaré una vez al mes para mantener limpios los oídos. Para nada me he mareado, es lo mismo que cuando te lo quita la enfermera, incluso mejor porque no notas tanta presión
