Five stars for amazon customer service. I would like to thank Amazon Customer Service for their unlimited support. I returned the iron because it didn’t work after using it.

Finally found peace of mind after a year of usage. Its just perfect!

Worked fine for first month but now it beeps nonstop. Red light flashes nonstop despite it descaled. Plus jumps from first steam to upright steam all the time

The size and handling is perfect. The only downfall for me is the lag of response when u use the steam boost button. But it's good overall.

Great steam iron, easy to use and make’s my ironing easier even the toughest textile fire proof materials can.

Very disappointed with the Braun CareStyle Compact Pro. After only 3 months of normal use, it started leaking water, making it impossible to use safely. For a product in this price range, this is completely unacceptable. We followed all usage instructions, yet the iron failed far too quickly. Now it’s unusable and feels like a total waste of money. I expected much better quality and durability from Braun. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable steam iron.

I think it have finally found a BRILLIANT steam iron/ generator within a fair price range. I have waisted a lot of money on irons that have not been up to the job searching for one to replace a delonghi that I had previously and this one is IT thought that having no temperature control (just steam control) may cause a problem with delicate items but no this iron just glides over all fabrics with a very high shot of steam getting creases out of jeans with no issues and flimsy tops on a lower steam shot. I can say with candid honesty that this is a BRILLIANT iron. Thank you amazon for prime days which prompted my purchase 😀

Nachdem mein normaler Dampfbügeleisen den Geist aufgegeben hatte, sollte nun etwas besseres her! Da normale Dampfbügeleisen nicht annähernd an einer Dampfbügelstation herankommen musste es dieses Mal eine Dampfstation sein, um knitrige Hemden schnell in die glätte zu bringen. Da viele Dampfstationen recht groß sind und darüberhinaus ein neues Bügelbrett benötigen, da die Stationen so groß sind, habe ich mich für diese recht kompakten Dampfbügelstation von Braun entschieden! Bestellt und am nächsten Tag, dank Prime, im Empfang genommen! Die Bedienung ist eigentlich selbsterklärend... Wasser in den Tank, am Strom anschließen und in zwei Minuten mit Piepsignal Einsatzbereit... sehr schön! Auch braucht man keine unterschiedliche Temperaturen mehr einstellen, da Dank intelligente Technik dies selbst steuert, was erstklassig funktioniert! Der Dampf kommt, nachdem die Taste dafür betätigt wurde, mit ordentliche Kraft heraus... dies kann man aber beeinflussen, indem die Taste Economy, Normal oder Kraftvoll betätigt. Zusätzlich gibt es noch Dampf für vertikales Bügeln bzw. Dampfen. Bügeln macht seither noch mehr Spaß und Hemden aber auch dicke Jeansstoffe, bekommt man mit etwas Übungen, richtig glatt. Von mir eine glatte Empfehlung 👍
