It didnt work for my original purpose. NO fault of the clips. Tried to use for setting up a solar heater for the pool. I was trying to hook the hose to an old piece of tin roofing. Well hard to screw in to a piece laying on the ground lol. Yeah should have thought that through better. however used for a lot of things since, including using for holding my ivy on the ceiling so they can still grow with out hurting the ceiling.

These are NOT Metal Clamps/Rings.
These are NOT Metal Clamps/Rings as I thought they were, but the material seems sturdy enough to do what I need. Will do what you bought these to do.
