I won't recommend anyone to really buy this SIM especially if their movements are agile. Loading this card is literally a pain when using your phone to do so. Also the limited coverage, the European plan doesn't cover the major countries .. plus you can't get just a local coverage to one specific country.

My friend recommended this brand for my trip and it was totally worth it. It arrived super fast and the activation was easy as described. Will buy again in the future for sure!

Recently traveled to 5 countries in South America. The concept of 1 SIM card and data that is available and works in all 5 countries was appealing. However... setting up this SIM card to work properly was EXTREMELY difficult. Customer service is in Portuguese and only via text messages (no phone number to call to speak with a cust. service rep.). So if you don't speak/write in Portuguese or know someone who does, I would advise against getting this SIM card. The first place we traveled to was Rio in Brazil and a hotel front desk staff member was able to communicate in English and Portuguese. She texted back and forth with the SIM card customer service in Portuguese and that is the ONLY way this SIM card got set up properly. If you don't speak/write Portuguese don't buy this SIM card. Google translate will not get you through the technical issues. Don't buy if you don't speak/write in Portuguese or have someone in your travel area who does. Once the SIM card was set up properly (note - you have to purchase Data) it worked perfectly in all 5 South American countries - Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay.
