I don’t normally write reviews however this product is a game changer for me. I’m more productive in the day and I also noticed an increase in my memory. During the day I feel a sense of wellbeing and in the night I get good sleep also. 10/10 Also I used another popular brand in the past and this one is way more effective.

I have many staple supplements in my medicine cabinet and Nature's Way is the most prominent brand I own. These purple bottles and bottle caps are littered throughout my medicine cabinet as the purple ones, as opposed to the green ones, are Nature's Way brand's way of differentiating their normal formulas from their extract, or premium formulas. This is how I prefer to buy all my supplements for the most part. I don't take Ginko daily, as I don't do with most of my supplements. I do find it useful from time to time but haven't noticed any life-changing effects. I find it to be an effective, yet incredibly subtle herb/supplement. It's useful enough to have and use and the research behind it proves that.

This one really works on your memory. If I don’t take it for a few days, I find myself describing the object because I can’t think of the word or desperately looking at somebody so he/she hopefully knows what I’m talking about. Frustrating! Then it finally hits me: I haven’t taken gingko. These are standardized with the exact amount needed and the word comes out of your mouth without thinking. Be aware though: it thins the blood (similar to aspirin) so if you’re having a procedure, you have to mention it to your doctor because it can cause more bleeding. Also tell your doctor about gingko if you are taking a blood thinner medication for whatever reason. As a general rule, it is best to tell your doctor about any supplements you are taking so that there are no interactions with other medications.
