Blue Badge 43cm Shoe Horn, Extra Long Handled Navy Plastic Shoe

Got this for my mum as she struggles with mobility and bending down, and it’s made putting shoes on much easier for her. The long handle means she can stay sitting comfortably without leaning right forward, and her foot slides into the shoe much more easily now. It’s smooth so it doesn’t catch the back of the shoe, and it’s been good with both trainers and slip-ons. Such a simple thing but it’s helped her stay more independent, which is the main thing. It’s well made and feels like it will last a good while, she’s very happy with it,

Really good. I've tended to go for metal shoe horns before, and I forget why I went for plastic this time. Probably budget. I always feared that plastic ones might be brittle and prone to breaking or misforming, but no worries in that regard. It's a very reassuring plastic. With many uses to date, it is as new. In fact it transpires that the metal one I have is more prone to bending out of shape than this plastic one. It's a good length, so can be used without bent knees, which is my principle reason for having one. (Supplementary - Two years on, it's still as good as new. I don't use it anything like every day, but it's still perfectly usable.)

Essential not just for shoes. Helps getting clothes over my shoulders and means i can get into socks

From an old boy who needs help when bending down to put on shoe's. Its a good length and flexible, I wonder if it needs to be stronger, but have not broken it yet, a must for us Oldies .

It's ok but it is a bit short

Acheté pour mon père qui a du mal à enfiler ses chaussures : selon lui, ce n'est pas mal, mais l'embout est un peu trop incurvé pour les chevilles un peu fortes.
