Kikkoman Organic Soy Sauce, 25.40 Fluid Ounce

I've been using Japanese-manufactured Kikkoman's soy sauce for years, and it is a lot tastier than their American-manufactured product. This Japanese-manufactured organic Kikkoman's is better still. I've had it with homemade sashimi a few times and it is better than any soy sauce I've ever been given at a sushi bar.

We cook a lot of Asian food. Soy sauce tends to be very salty and the basic brands found in most supermarkets are terrible compared to this brand. Use what Asians use... not Kikkoman!

Its very hard to find organic soy sauce at local grocery stores, which is surprising given that many people avoid conventionally grown soy products because of the harmful chemicals and synthetic pesticides used to grow them. I would never buy tofu unless it's organic, so why would I buy regular soy sauce? Anyway, I'm thrilled I can buy this product on Amazon. It's more expensive, but my health is worth paying for this better quality product.

this is a much more interesting flavor than the standard kikkoman shoyu - a bit of bite but very - i add wasabi and daikon shredded plus the kikkoman ponzu, really nice!
