These are good tasting and do the job. I prefer the can type better. Still worth the buy though.

Great Product
I love the convenience of these on-the-go packets. They're great for a mid-day pick me up working in a factory for 10 hours. The fit aid is one of the healthiest versions of electrolyte/energy drinks I've found. I'm very happy with this product. Also the flavor is a citrus, almost like a really good orange juice without the sugar.

Taste is rough.
They get the job done, but man do they taste rough. Like crushed up pills almost. If you don’t care about the flavor and just need the BCAAs, then go for it.

Great replacement for cans
Pretty darn close to the actual taste of the fitaid cans, so for the price of the packets comparatively to the cans is completely worth it. Like someone else said, would highly recommend adding into more than 16oz of water. The directions say to add to 16-32 oz of water. I don’t like super concentrated drinks, so I add between, so I add between 24-32oz and I think it tastes great.
