The media could not be loaded. Bought two of the 3gang smart switches to control 4 circuits in my garden. They are the only example of a App-controlled weatherproof smart switches that I could find and they work great. See video for them in action.The set up and installation is very easy. The boxes themselves have enough space inside to install everything without fuss as you can see from my photos.Registering them with the Smart Life app is straightforward and it functions perfectly. With the app I can create smart automations - e.g. lights on at sunset, off at 11pm. It also syncs up with my Google Home so I can set up further automations, use voice control or control the lights from my Google Nest display.It's an important measure of a company for how it handle issues, and by that measure Nineleaf are excellent. The first switch I received had a fault and Nineleaf responded quickly to support and had sent the replacement by next-day delivery before the faulty unit had been returned.Highly recommend these switches from Nineleaf for anyone looking to add smart controls to electrical circuits in their garden.

General concept, delivery, instructions and ingress protection of junction box seem fine. The issue is functionality.Since installing, the junction box has had constant connection issues with the wifi system. This isn't resolved through changing location of the system or moving closer to the router, but seems to be inherent.The product is reliant on a slightly ropey third party app, but that alone wouldn't be a reason not to buy.There is no retailer to contact, or help desk you can talk to that will give you product support when things start to go wrong.After a month of trying different solutions, the connection issues remain. The lights I spent so much time installing now flash uncontrollably, and I will have to replace this product with something from a more reputable company. Real shame, as the moments where it works are a joy, but the headaches you'll encounter when it doesn't aren't worth it!Strongly suggest you avoid. If you decide to chance it, get your testing done within the 1 month return period so that you can get a refund when it fails.Update: NineLeaf contacted me based on this review to offer a refund and some trouble shooting. Nineleaf confirmed the product is defective, and I accepted the refund. I would rather have a working product, but at least now I can go and buy one.

Quick delivery, connection posts improved from previous model, easy to set up but make sure you have WiFi available at location. Yet to determine level of water resistance.

Really quick delivery

I have used this product to remotely control from the house lights in the garden and it works well. Although it is not complicated to wire the switch box it is incredibly fiddly. Also I needed to use Google to establish which were live, neutral and earth terminals.

The product seems to work well but the wiring diagram supplied and on the listing is incorrect- the live and earth on the supply are the wrong way around- easy when you know, but dangerous if wrong hands- PLEASE REMOVE FROM LISTING AND CHANGE INSTRUCTIONS- this had been mentioned several times in reviews but nothing has been done

The first time the company sent me a box, it arrived damaged. They were very quick and efficient at sending a replacement. The box is straightforard enough and fulfils its purpose very well - much better than the one it replaced

The WIFI function and connectivity is through a foreign APP Tuya. It asks for all possible details to connect including home WIFI password which it stores itself. I am not willing to give this information to TUYA or others. This is not stated in description.and to check it out fully I gave it the details then changed my WIFI password. However I found that the first switch doesn't turn off remotely, it stays on even when the off instruction is sent to it and shows as OFF. ( This is obviously dangerous for any 230V operation) I dont know if this is by design. Returning... complete waste of time and energy.I was giving it 2 stars but changed it 1 star after I realised Live OFF switch is too dangerous a problem.

I ordered the 3 connection on two different orders and got a 5 connection box. This did not work as the fusses inside are much lower amps.
