Got these to have a go at making mead and other fermented things, and they work exactly as advertised and expected to. Price is great for the multipack! No complaints from me, would recommend!

I'm new to brewing and just recently started my first batch with a different style airlock, but did want to try this style as well. I'd say for the price these are quite nice...especially for a 6 pack. The plastic airlocks seem well made and sturdy so I'd expect them to last quite a while...they larger the grommets and stoppers feel very nice too. They mention twisting the plastic caps on, but I found that I just had to press them on, so I wish those were a little easier to put on and take off, but not that big a deal...they're certainly secure.

Works as it should . Be careful when removing the cork try to pull straight up and not bend towards the side or it can crack the plastic . Didn’t break but that one I learned my lesson on definitely won’t last as long as the others. I haven’t had a mead/wine fail yet. I prefer the s trap style over the little cylinder air trap type . With this strap style there is almost no evaporation of the trap water.

So this product seemed like a good buy at first until I had it in my hands. I actually had set up everything and was going to be installing the drill holes and getting ready to use these when I noticed a problem. None of the parts go together! The airlock piece its self seems good quality and will do a fantastic job However: the grommets are drilled for 1/4th inch significantly too small to be used with the air locks. luckily I had a couple older grommets that I can use but now I have to source new ones to finish the project. I decided to look at the bunks as well. These too were drilled FAR too small to be usable. Even with the stretchy nature of the materials the hulk himself could not get the airlocks into the grommets or the bunks making both of those sets of pieces useless. I will be looking into returning this and finding a new supplier (Unless this supplier would like to provide the appropriate equipment but I doubt it).
