Great replacement
These chicken watering cups worked perfectly as a replacement for a broken waterer. The cups are well-made, easy to mount, and the automatic tee-fitting design ensures that my chickens always have access to fresh water. Theyโre large enough for multiple birds, and the mounting hole opener makes installation simple. Overall, a practical and reliable solution for keeping poultry hydrated.

Works well.
These work well for my chickens and ducks. They are large enough for the ducks to get water they way they need. I have 5 of these cups drilled into a 55 gallon water barrel. With any of these, ducks can be rough on them and occasionally due to how they are built the red cup can pop off and cause water to drain completely out of the barrel. It's a good idea to keep some spares on hand or to even take a zip tie and wrap it snuggly around the pivot point of the white plastic part to help them hold together better.

Drink, drink, drink
Wow! I canโt believe how well these work and in fact I bought a second set just in case because I was in disbelief t the price. I thought thereโs no way these work that well for the price being that low. The set even comes with the exact size drill bit. It is the exact size drill bit too. I have had a lot of different things Iโve put together and it gives you the size you need in the instructions and it seems to be to big most of the time. Not in this case, once the hole is drilled itโs a tight fit and very simple to install. There has been no leaks and the water fills the little cup trough which causes the cup to get heavy stopping the flow. Works the magic but I do have to bounce the cup periodically due to it gets dirt collected in the bottom. What I mean by bounce the cup is taking a finger, pulling down on the outside rim of the cup and letting go quickly. I do this multiple times very quickly and it launchโs the dirt out. The cups fill up with water and theyโre clean. I could take a hose and spray them out but I just do a quickie and move on. The price, like I said, is amazing and if youโre looking for a simple way to provide water to any of the small animals this is definitely a must. I bought a 30gal. trash can and used it to drill the holes and attach the water cups. I has been a simple setup and the chickens are happy with lots of water at a drip of a hat. Happy times!!

Great Price, Great Product!!!
These watering cups get an A+!! They fill with water as they should and then close the valve to stop from filling, until theyre empty and need to fill again. They're nice and big and hold just the right amount of water for the chickens. I have mine attached to a 5-gallon bucket, near the bottom so I can make sure that all the water is being accessed. (I sat my bucket on some bricks to raise it off the ground.) I did use teflon tape around the threads when I installed them on the bucket. Although there were no instructions that stated to do that, I just wanted that extra reassurance that they wouldn't leak. They have been installed for about 2 weeks and are holding strong. My chickens climb all over them and they haven't budged. The pack comes with 6 watering cups. I will say I was quite surprised when I opened the package.. Sometimes you order things from Amazon and it's quite smaller than what you were expecting. BUT, this time was quite different! These were much larger than what I thought they would be! They're of pretty standard quality, you get 6 big watering cups, and it's a great value for the price your paying. Not only that, this way is so much easier to clean, unlike other watering methods. Definitely try these out and see what you think. For the price point, you can't beat it and it's cheap enough to not use them if you don't like them. I know you will like them, though!

Great but a few notes
I love these but they do have a slight leak unfortunately. I have been able to set up 3 coops with these and they have been a lifesaver. Easy to clean and install and a good value, just make sure you drill a vent hole as well!

Flimsy
These work well but break very easily. I like that there's some spare parts but you can break the hinge easily trying to replace a spring. They're cheap enough so buy 2 sets!

Awesome chicken drinker!
I have over 24 chickens currently, and changing out the water pan was becoming my least favorite chore - crazy birds not only scratch crud into the pan, they walk in it too. So far, I've installed ONE of these on a 5 gallon bucket that I have sitting on a concrete block (to raise above debris scratching). I do have to fill it up about every other day, but the whole flock uses the same drinker, and so far, no issues. When I refill, I splash a bit of water through the cup to clean out the bit of dirt that inevitably gets in it. I don't think it would work for ducks (I have Muscovies) because it simply isn't big enough for them to dunk and clean.

Cheap
Haven't used it yet. Feels kind of cheap so fingera crosses. Amazon delivered this product 2-3 days late even with 2 day delivery and a device date given. I was told it is NOT 2 day from the date of purchase and the 2 day delivery date given is an estimate and that items are only given a 2 day delivery from the date shipped. So if it takes them a week to ship it its only considered 2 days from they shipped it. PER AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE!
