JLab Work Buds True Wireless Earbud Headset - Bluetooth with Detachable Mic

I put these on my wishlist last week and thought I might get them when I come back from maternity leave, as the reviews are mixed. However, when I saw they'd gone down to £29.99 from £79.99 I thought I'd taken the risk for my last month of work. I really needed a good mic for meetings so now I've had a couple today and checked people could hear me ok (including my honest manager) I can recommend them! It was easy to connect to my HP Elite book through Bluetooth, and the charging case is handy for storing them between calls but as another review said it's more of a stand if you leave the mic on as you can't close it. The mic comes on and off and can be coiled inside the case in its own space if needing to travel with them. For under £30 these are definitely good value for work, I wouldn't think they'd be great for listening to music but I have others for that with a rubbish mic.

I bought these to use for work as I have tried various types of headset not yet finding one that was perfect for wearing in a 12hr shift! Not only do these not give me headache, they overall are the best yet. They are comfortable to wear with varying ear caps, sound quality during calls is acceptable, connectivity was easy. I was most drawn to the design with the addition of the optional mic booster. For for purpose and great value for money

unfortunately return window was closed and cant do anything about it. Very uncomfortable. falls many times. for long meetings its definitely not going to work out. your ear will start paining and you have to keep on change the mics and use one ear bud at a time. I tried all teh combination of cush fin & ear tips they gave. Nothing fits properly. They are really loose or very tight and pain in the ears. also if you use only one headphones the noise cancelling works fine.. But when you use both, it doenst. have zero clue whats happening. waste of money. pls dont buy it

I really like the Jlab kit, great value, and works really well. For the price, I think you'd struggle to find a better quality microphone. The UI is simple to understand, and the noise cancellation is great considering it's passive. This set is a gift, and my existing pair, which have been going strong for a year, really show the quality.

the connection is not stable at all coompare with my other earbuds when connect to the laptop video call, and the 2 device connection is not that user-friendly as claim. But the audio and voice quality is good.

Microphone ok for calls but: Connectivity is unreliable. They will show up as connected to the phone but voice won't come through in a phone call The case is not reall a case because it won't lock closed. It's more of a dock for standing, but I need to carry these around. The lack of a closing mechanism contributed to the loss of the boom mic. Overall not worth the price.

These are great, they fit nicely, sound quality for the mic and headset is fantastically clear. The charging case is great to carry them around or store them in between calls. They startup and connect quickly allowing you answer calls fast.

Makes my calls clearer and helps my colleagues easily hear me. The removable mike is brilliant and easy to add on or remove. Will buy again.
