Bigzzia Gravity Heavy Duty Inversion Table with Headrest & Adjustable Protective Belt Back Stretcher Machine for Pain Relief Therapy

During use I can't fault it but when you want to put it away you have to pull the bar out to stand it up. Very difficult to do. If you have the space to leave it out all the time it's a great purchase for a bad back and very well made. Very sturdy.

I have awful back,feet and leg pain. As well as in the hands. I bought this as I was looking at them for years and finally had a light bulb moment.It took me over four hours to assemble as on my own. Fiddly and heavy but I got it done through pain,sweat and tears.I had a go but the motion would not work so I adjusted it then it went too fast. Found a middle ground and had another go. But having the back support there in ace caused me awful pain. It took ages for me to get off as I could not move. Ditched the back support after a rest and had another go. It was very relaxing. Moving slowly and gently. I actually felt satisfied at the end of that session. It's too soon to tell if it offers any pain relief but now that I have the height correct I will use it more and more.The head rest is waaay to high. I am a short person. So the head rest and neck rest sit way above my head. That's OK with me even though I would have liked to adjust it but there is no way.Give it time and I will update this.

DISCLAIMER: This is not a piece of medical equipment HOWEVER don't let it discourage you from buying it as it will help a great deal. I got this because I have been suffering from chronic back pain for many years now and I also have an office job that doesn't help and I have pains in my lower back when I sleep at night.It took about 1 and a half hours to assemble by myself (would have taken an hour if I had spent a few more minutes looking at the instructions properly). Yes it does fold to reduce space but they are quite wide and you might struggle trying to fit it under the bed. This item is best kept in a garage or a spare room where it won't really need to be moved around a lot.It's important that you do your research on these machines as you can injure yourself. I have found that with a bit of light exercise and 2 or 3 reps of 15-20 seconds in the evening, the machine has helped me reduce the pains.Setting the machine for your height is very easy and you can use the handles if the machine doesn't return in the upright position. The truth about these machines is that on paper they should return to the upright position by simply slightly shifting your body weight by moving your hands, but in practice because everybody is shaped differently your will likely be pulling yourself up with the handles (this is actually quite easy and effortless to do even the feeblest person could do it, it's nothing like pulling or pushing your body weight.)8/10 would recommend

this is an item everyone needs once and a while as it really gives your body a workout without really doing anything. This item is really good quality sturdy and strong.

This is a great quality inversion table for the money , really sturdy, you have complete confidence in it going upside down! Takes about 45 mins to assemble , the instructions are not great but ita not too difficult to suss out .Highly recommend

Easy to ensemble. All the parts/bits. It's a bit difficult to balance table and lock seatbelt, on my own. Without it wanting to tip.

I need to use this a few times a week to help alleviate my disc injury when it gets tight from day to day life this stretches it out and it really ads relief if I didn’t have this I would be in a mess

Bought this for my husband. It's the second one we've had. If you suffer from compressed/bulging disks, then this becomes helpful. My husband has suffered with his back for years after an accident getting off a fire appliance, and this has helped ease his pain by slowly releasing the trapped nerves. He is 5'10'' and 14 stones. It holds his weight no problem. He says he feels safe & secure on it. It is strong & well built and handy it is foldable to keep it tucked away when not in use.
