Strong flavor and I really like their products.

Real good for baking cakes,a little goes a long way.

This was surprising at how natural the flavoring was to me. I was expecting something more like the blue jellybean "blueberry" flavor- or every something that's just "berry" adjacent. This was spot on with actual bluebs from the bush- which might be its downfall to some. It's mild- clearly blueberry- but not the "hit you over the head" candy flavoring you might expect. A touch of lemon or citric acid will punch it right up, though, if that's what you're aiming for. Pleasantly suprised.

It’s a great product & thus far the only brand of chocolate flavorings I use.
