I have ordered 2 sets of spice rack. One came in 2 pieces, second only had one (the upper part) shelf, the smaller part was missing.I have contacted the seller and in couple of days I was sent a new spice rack for free. The customer service was effective, fast and very professional. In general I am happy with the product, seems like a good quality, looks very good on my shelf. Works both for spices and for my collection of alcohol bottles. I recommend this product.

Product arrived on time and intacted. The "cupboard organiser"did not require assembly, was well designed and made. One has to be selective to stack a mixture of tins, big and small jars and small packs. Overall it does an efficient job.

This is a great product and definitely houses a lot. Great for small and larger spaces and shelves are wide enough for things a little larger than herb and spice pots. I would recommend this product.

A sturdy Crome legged spice rack, that fits nicely into my cupboard space. I like that it can be extended to accommodate as many bottles as you need. It’s easy to extend and I can now see all my bottles at a glance, also if you have any spills the rack is easily wiped clean

This product was both heavy and sturdy, so I don't need to worry about it falling out of the cupboard. It does take up a lot of room so had to 're locate other items but does the job well; no more hunting for ingredients :) The measurements are accurate.

Bought to display goods. Was pleasantly surprised when they were not linked as I thought they were from photo.Made well. Think will last.

Arrived as promised. Excellent. I use it in my bathroom for all my lotions and potions. Keeps everything neat and tidy. I can now see what I have. I would definitely buy again. Looks stylish.

I was hoping to love this product and resolve the problem of where to store my many spice bottles. However this was not to be. The two shelves together would have been too wide for cupboard on top of the cooker so I was very happy to split them and started placing my spices in alphabetical order across the two separate racks only to find that the spices on the top rack were sliding off the bowed plastic that clips onto the rack due to the wire frame being bent and consequently causing the spices on the two racks below to crash to the floor below. A fixed shelf would have been better and more secure. Another point mentioned by a previous reviewer is that you cant see the names of the spices on the top racks and given that the plastic shelves are precarious due to not being totally straight and in my case being in a top cupboard I can foresee that I would have been constantly picking up spice bottles that had slid off. Sadly the rack is going back and I am going to rethink my spice jar storage situation
