2yrs after buying
I've had this computer for a little over two years, I've named him Kevin. Kevin has done a wonderful service to me, able to run both Baldurs Gate 3 and Ark Survival Evolved, though can only handle one of the two games downloaded at once due to memory. I'm not a picky person, just so long as my games run smoothly and the screen isn't horribly pixelated, I'm set. And Kevin has done just that. Now, at two years, I think it's time to retire him. He has had multiple instances of wifi completely not working, and I would have to figure out why each time- and after going into wifi settings, resetting those, doing god knows what in cmd and control panel, he seems to mysteriously fix after a bit and I still have no idea what the issue was every time. I suspect it may be due to windows updates, but I'm unsure, and I could never afford to take him to a computer doctor. Battery sometimes completely dies when it says it's way above half, but this is a newer development and has only happened twice. He always turns back on immediately when I press the power button, battery at 1, and then operates like normal. Other reviewers would be right when they say this guy looks- and is- STURDY. I am a VERY clumsy person, and this is not only my gaming pc, but my work and school pc as well. Meaning, I have lugged this guy around to my classes for two years now and aside from the battery running dry within a few hours (2-3 give or take w/o charging) he has operated as need be. I have also, admittedly, dropped him accidently quite a few times from a few feet up onto carpet. Aside from part of the screen showing green now at a pinched edge when the screen is black, he has held up to all of my clumsy mistakes. Noise level is noisy, there's a constant white noise and my friend has joked that Kevin sounds like he has an asthma attack every time I play minecraft. I don't mind it personally though. If you play laptop on your lap though, put a blanket under it because it WILL burn your legs. The bottom gets extremely hot and I've considered an additional fan stand, but I have got by without it. Now after two years, I'm retiring him to my friend soon to replace his potato and getting a new computer. Don't get me wrong though, Kevin is still completely functional, part of me giving him up is that I REALLY want to play modded minecraft with my friend and his current computer can't handle it, but Kevin can. I am highly considering buying this same model again and just hopefully being less clutzy. I have trust issues buying new things, I know this one to be suitable to my needs. When I buy a new one, I think I'll name him Muenster

Amazing screen quality and performance at its price, but loud fans and poor speakers
The screen was sufficiently bright and could run games pretty well, but the fans were pretty loud and the speakers were kinda meh quality. The build quality of the laptop itself was very impressive, very rugged and durable, and the hinges seem like they would last at least 6-7 years. I found that you could lower the fan sound a little by setting the Power profile of your computer to Balanced, and helping it even further along by setting the display to 60 Hz, but it might require you to use Vertical Sync/VSYNC in some games. I was able to run Starfield at 100+ FPS on Low, but the fans were blaring at me the entire time. The fact that it also comes with SATA drive support is also very impressive, because most laptops have completely abandoned SATA support for NVME to save space and for slightly better thermal performance. This computer also has 2 fans for improved thermals (weird fact, I know, but some laptops only have 1), but they also generate twice the noise. Aside from that, this is a very solid entry-level gaming laptop and will be able to run modern games at low-medium settings for at least a few years.
