Well after having Atom Whey protein, I thought why not save some money and get the Nakpro whey protein, after all the protein content is similar and will definitely have similar quality. But boy I was wrong. For starters, it tastes horrible comparatively. The smell is also very cheap. The mixability and texture were good, no complaints there. It also has higher carb content because of milk solids, so it is better as a 'meal replacement' rather than a protein drink. Overall, if you are short on budget, then go for this, otherwise take my word, go for other better brands.

It’s smooth, not overly sweet or artificial, and very enjoyable to drink.Mixability: Whether in water or milk, the powder mixes consistently well without leaving clumps. I didn’t even need a blender – just a regular shaker bottle was enough.Price Point: At this quality and price, it’s hard to find a better deal in the Indian market, especially for beginners who don’t want to overspend.⚠️ Minor Downsides:The scoop size is not perfectly accurate, which could throw off exact measurements. But that’s a small issue and can easily be managed with a kitchen scale.💡 Suggestion for Improvement:It would be great if Nakpro offered this in larger pack sizes (like 2kg or more). That would reduce the need for frequent purchases and might also offer even better pricing per serving.

This particular flavour is not good. Tastes awful. Please dont buy this flavoured whey protein from Nakpro. I think before this i had bought simple chocolate flavour one which is better. But, this one is disgusting. Couldn't drink.

not that good when compared with brown rice + pea based chocolate flavor. taste wise, this is marginally better, but froth is a deal killer. recommend the other one. nutrition wise, no bloating, easy 2digest, no constipation, provided u drink 2-2 1/2 lt of water throughout the day & eat fiber in ur food. in summer months, drink at least 3lt of water.
