I’ve been taking Zipvit Vitamin D3 4000 IU for a couple of months, and it’s been a solid addition to my daily routine. The tablets are a good size — easy to swallow without any aftertaste — and taking just one a day makes it really convenient. I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall energy levels, especially during the darker winter months when sunlight exposure is limited. I also feel more resilient against minor colds, which might be partly coincidental, but it’s definitely noticeable. The 360-tablet supply is generous and lasts a full year, which makes it very good value for money. I like that it’s vegetarian-friendly too, which isn’t always the case with high-strength vitamin D supplements. The only small point is that if you already get a lot of sun exposure, the dose might be higher than needed, so it’s worth checking with a doctor. Overall, this is a reliable, well-formulated vitamin D supplement that’s easy to incorporate into everyday life and has noticeable benefits for energy and wellbeing.

I've been using these since lockdown daily, so a few (5) years now and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for high dose vitamin D tablets. They are easy to swallow and now they come in resealable (zip-lock type bags) which takes up less space and I guess less unnecessary plastic bottles (for the environment) as they previously came in blue plastic jars which are great but were largely empty. I have mine from before so just decant some into the bottles from older orders I have. (I've shared photos of both to this review). I noticed when I stopped taking these (when I ran out last year some time), I definitely felt more tired in general and also even when I tried a more regular lower dose vit D from elsewhere. So I reordered these once more. They have no detectable taste or smell and I feel they are of decent quality and seem effective for me. I generally don't get colds very often - don't know if it that has any correlation to vit D levels and my health in that regard for sure - but just in case anyone is wondering. I think it may have something to do with it. Hope this helps anyone wondering if they should purchase these.

good vitamins and high strength formula but in a much slimmer tablet than others have tried and so these are easier to swallow than most, this makes them 5 stars.

I’ve been taking these tablets for two months now. I chose them because they are noted to be the same type of Vit D our bodies produce. My story: I have been diagnosed with Serro negative arthritis, irritable bowel, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, lumbar spondylosis 🙄. Before taking these tablets my pain levels were only Just manageable, even with taking regular CBD oil and pain killers. I saw an American doctors research where she stated Vit D was curing her patients of many illnesses and pain. So I decided to buy and try. I have given it two months so I can give everyone a fair good review. As of today I would recommend everyone takes these tablets life long. The damage done to my body from inflammation remains. But the inflammation and pain I was suffering two months ago has virtually gone. I now do not take any prescribed medication and only the odd painkiller on days where I am extremely active as I do have permenent joint damage. My daily bad stomach And bowel problems have eased and normalised considerably. My mood has stabilised and I can honestly say I feel happy. My sleep has become deeper and refreshing! All in all my own trial results have been incredible. The american doctors advise was to take one tablet at this strength three times a day for three months then reduce the dose and take one tablet once a day thereafter, then to also follow up after three months with a large dose of B100 a day. It is up to you what you decide to do, I just wanted to tell you my experience, in the hope it helps someone else . I am in hardly any pain and very much more mobile, good moods and deep sleep are just a bonus . I’m hoping that that things continue to improve when I add the B100 to my daily regime. All in all I personally now believe many of the illnesses we suffer today like fibromyalgia are actually caused by by bad westernised diets, food additives and serious vitamin deficiencies.

I use vitamin D because I have SAD and it's recommended for the management of it. I bought these ones because I thought great - it's supported by the vegetarian society and its good value and a company that screams about making climate change with its packaging. But I was wrong about the packaging. What a tremendous waste of space in the bottle! Not even a 3rd full so 2 3rd wasted space. Yes they are small and therefore easy to swallow. But the climate pledge was also important to me so it's lacking in its promises. Disappointed in that
