Advanced features in a compact package
This newest version of this C B receiver is packed with additional features and upgrades and will need to be thoroughly researched to learn more about how it is most successfully operated.

Handheld Mike doesn't work

The versatility and ease of funtion and mobility, as well as transmission range and reception.
Although this radio is very well made and loaded with features it is more line of sight and as for the CB I couldn't send or receive any transmission, not even a radio check. Maybe with an externally mounted or magnetic mounted antenna it may get better reception but that starts to get expensive plus if you are mobile, carring all those extra attachments will be tiresome.

Would be nice if it worked
The media could not be loaded. So, I decided to try a handheld CB Radio and I saw this President Randy II with a microphone for $219.99. I ordered it and, after a week, it came in today. I started setting it up and the first thing I noticed is, nothing happens when I push the ptt button on the microphone. If I push the button on the radio it appears to work.Considering the President radio alone is $164.00, the overpriced President brand microphone should work with it. It appears that I paid $55.99 for a microphone that does not work. You can see what it is doing in the video.While I'm talking about not working. Amazon fix your site. When I go to my orders and click on the radio that I purchased, shown with the microphone, it sends me to this page with the $164.00 radio instead of the page with the $219.99 radio. I was going to contact the seller on this but not sure if they are the same.So, I will just return it.

Great CB HT
Unlike the other reviews I have contacted Puerto Rico from Miami FL and also spoke with some one in Michigan and Arizona during the skip. Works good for me as a first time CB operator.
