Not for every day carry this is a fixed blade you cant close or open easily....
This is one of the biggest mistakes I have made purchasing something that should work but does not. It looks great and will function as a fixed blade. But this is not easy to open and even harder to close to the point of being dangerous. It is not an every day carry knife for sure. You cant open the knife in one motion you have to have two hands to open it and two hands to close it. The locking mechanism is recessed and you cant grip it with your thumb like most other knives. When it opens it is slow and only opens so far then it gets stuck and you have to use the other hand to deploy the blade. rendering it useless in an emergency situation. My suggestion would be to buy 4 KERSHAW karambits at 40 dollars each and you can give some away to your friends and still have a great knife for every day carry and protection when you need it. I f you tried to deploy this blade in an emergency situation it would YOU COULD NOT DO IT EFFICIENTLY. Dont buy this blade for every day carry it is a fixed blade that should never have been a foldable blade.
