Persevere Bluetooth Receiver, Wireless Audio Receiver, aptX Low Latency Wireless Newest Bluetooth 4.2 Receiver Audio Adapter (NFC-Enabled) w/Luminous Ring for Sound System

This receiver has good range and I found it easy to pair. The internal battery will easily run it for at least 8 hours of constant playback but I use it at my desk so it stays plugged in all the time. APT-X compression is the best I've heard - these guys have been doing audio data compression a very long time - most of it in the professional (broadcast) audio world. It's good to see they're still around, and the audio quality from this thing is better than many Bluetooth receivers I've used. The glow-in-the-dark green accents are gimmicky and not necessary for me, but I suppose if one used it as a portable headphone amplifier it might have some cool factor.

I gave it a five star when it first arrived.'This Bluetooth receiver comes with a very nit hard holder for traveling. I use it mainly in the car as mine does not have Bluetooth for music. The green illumination at night is also a great bounce.'However, this thing stopped working within a month. The light indicator stayed off and It can not charge at all. I also find out that the NFC of this never works with my cell phone.

The range is incredibly misleading. I found the effective range to be approximately 5-8 feet when my phone was in my pocket and the receiver was on the stereo. It would be good to use in the car, but that's where the usefulness stops. The range is awful compared to the advertised distance and the company should be reprimanded for portraying it as such. I would not buy this again.

Works fine. The appearance is not wonderful but this is the cheapest on Amazon.

Worked fairly well at first but after about 3 uses has quit working properly. The sound just cuts in and out repeatedly which makes this useless. I guess you get what you pay for.
