I am impressed, only thing I noticed was there was nothing to confirm, just barcode on the packaging.

The material is very soft but the zip broke instantly

Not only did one batch arrive with the packaging full of mould, the zip broken after its first wash. Lesson learnt.... you get what you pay for. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice product but awful zip. How about using buttons instead?

Love the duvet set, matches my bedroom and is well comfortable and soft

This was bought for my niece as she was getting married. I was surprised at the quality and softness it looked beautiful when put on the bed well worth the money

Although the description claims to be breathable it is far from it. Nice and soft and I was hoping for a good nights sleep- instead I felt like I was lying under a plastic sheet - so Unless you run very cold I can't recommend this cover set. Zip seems flimsy but worked ok, not sure what the ties are for since they aren't big enough to tie to the corners.

I love how the sheets have deep pockets as they will fit over mattress toppers. The sheets are very soft and cool when getting in bed. Nice color and four pillowcase's included in sheet set. Price point was very good for King size set. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Edit/ Update: Dee @ CGK Linens reached out after this review and was absolutely excellent to deal with. They sent me a brand new set of sheets that I have had zero issues with thus far, hence the change in stars (from 2 to 5). I truly love the fit and feel of these sheets and really hope this new set will last (so far so good). Thank you Dee for everything, you are so kind and so helpful. I definitely did not expect this kind of customer service but am truly thankful for all of the help. Just based on the customer service alone, I would recommend purchasing from this company!I really wanted to love these BUT after only two months they are pilling so badly that I need to get a new set of sheets. I gave a two star for the following:PROS:- super deep sheets —> they aren’t kidding, the fitted sheet is acutally too big for my Queen sized, pillow top mattress, but so easy to put on and not bulky so I didn’t mind.- super soft —> the moment I slipped into bed, I felt like I was at a fancy hotelCONS:- only two months of wash and wear and there is significant pilling ALL over both the sheet and the fitted sheet that I need to purchase a new set- extra large sheet appear as though two smaller sheets have been put together (I purchased white sheets and half of the sheet is one shade, the other half another shade, stitching goes different directions). **Update: the new sheet set I received appears to be all from one cut —> same colour, same stitching, zero issues.
