Autel Scanner MaxiCheck MX900, 2026 US Ver. of MK900 MK900BT, CAN FD & DoIP

I bought this Autel MaxiCheck MX900 and it has exceeded my expectations. The 8-inch screen is fast and easy to use. It connects seamlessly to a wide variety of vehicles and allows you to read and erase codes, do active tests and access all vehicle systems. What I liked the most is the speed of the diagnosis and the number of functions it includes for its price. The updates are simple and the interface is intuitive, even for those who have not used Autel equipment before. I recommend it for mechanical workshops and also for home mechanics. It is an excellent investment because it saves time and helps to diagnose failures more accurately. I would definitely buy it again.

this is a very useful tool, with lots of functions , in my case I've already scanned a 2017 Volvo S60, a 2022 Mercedes Benz AMG 53 SUV. and a 2025 Cupra Formentor, in all of them almost all the functions where available, tool is very fast at processing car modules and it is very easy and intuitive to use. Customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced, they took the time to solve all my questions before and after buying it Very pleased. to buy MX900 scanner

UPDATE: The seller reached out almost immediately and offered to replace the unit free of charge, despite the order falling outside Amazon’s return window. Excellent, swift service! —- ORIGINAL REVIEW: Died in less than a month. Used and worked great for a later model year Audi, but now refuses to power on (or hold a charge) with any of my power bricks/cables, including the charging cable that ships with the unit. Disappointed as I spent a lot of money on this Autel scan tool. Strongly regret my purchase.

One of the must have tools to have bar none. As a self taught mechanic, DIY, and content creator this bidirectional scanner is top line product next to the professional ones without the high price. It works on all the cars I have (BMW, Toyota, Honda) I am confident it will work on many others. Support team is fantastic and very responsive. Thank you Autel!

Paid subscription annually, ONLY 1 YEAR FREE.my opinion for the price, all updates should be free. Most of the updates no one will ever use. There is NO SOUND so watching YouTube videos on codes, you need to be able to read lips. But this scanner doesn't scan or pick up on things as clear & fast as I've seen another brand do for $200 less than this one. It'll get you by, but if you are in the market for one, do your homework & research any of them u may be interested in because different scanners do different things. Some come with free lifetime updates!! Huge plus! This one don't. The catch is: if you don't update it, like every few weeks, it WILL NOT SCAN PROPERLY. If mine has updates, it won't even let me scan any vehicle. So to be able to use this, you must keep it updated. Most updates don't even apply to cars we have in the United States. Like how often would I need Bugatti or Ferrari updates?? Me... Never. But it won't let me scan my dodge Dakota 2005 or my 2006 Dakota or my 2009 Malibu PLUS you're limited on module resets and the code search is the same exact page that Google search on your mobile phone pulls up if u were to type the trouble code for search. It's also not that easy to understand, although it's more of a plain scanner. I won't be buying another Autel for sure. I still can't get over the "no sound" and only 1 year updates, & then $200/yr😬😱. And also customer service hasn't even tried reaching out to me to assist with no sound

The MX900 is excellent for diagnosing and retrieving issues from the cars computers. It is very easy to use and I recommend it if you aren't in need of programming. I am upgrading to a MP808S so that I can program and a few more things that I would like to learn and do. I don't have anything negative to say about this scanner. It is very capable for the price & it gets 2 thumbs up for being accurate and easy to use.
