Works great with FFBeast, but expensive
Bought this to build force feedback steering wheel using hoverboard motor, works great with FFBeast firmware, though this is too expensive here, buy from somewhere else and you can get it for about ₹3k excluding about ₹1k for shipping.

Don't listen to the other reviews!
No, this is not an ODrive product, but if you know what you're doing, it shouldn't matter. It does not connect to the ODrive GUI, so you must configure settings through the ODriveTool CLI, which the manufacturer provides a very detailed guide for. I'd highly recommend the online documentation from SequreMall, who also sells this controller. I personally got this FOC controller working well with a large 40-pole outrunner BLDC motor, using an MT6701 ABZ encoder. While this controller has a GPIO connector, I found it easiest to connect an ABZ (quadrature) encoder directly to the encoder port. The controller runs a (custom?) version of the ODrive 3.6 firmware, but it does show up in ODriveTool as odrv0, rather than the generic dev0 interface that some controllers have. I've been able to flash different versions of the firmware to the STM32 controller onboard using USB, if your project requires that. I really liked that all of the necessary wires/connectors are included, which allows you to design the supporting hardware easily. If you are designing your own PCBs to connect this to, all of the IO ports are JST-GH with 1.25mm pitch and the cables included are male-to-male. **UPDATE: make sure to check the pinout of each connector - some of the wire colors don't match the diagram but the pinout printed on the PCB is correct.** Highly recommend this budget FOC controller.

gone, dead, died... didn't even make it through my robots maiden voyage.
After finally building my robot and coding all the code for it the controller died on it's maiden voyage. not sure why either, one day it works the the next day odrivetool no longer finds the drive, usb is gone on it. buyers beware, your USB my go out at anytime, even if you just get it.
