used this case for the short period i had my fold 5 but it was awesome making good use of the ring even when lying in bed

This case is super I wish they have more colors A++++++

The main reason I like this is because when I put the phone in my wireless charging car mount I can remove the finger holder very quickly just with two fingers. Also this case snaps on and off my phone very securely without the need for adhesive or the such. The phone feels secure while holding through the ring while I'm on rooftops and the size is great it's thin and stylish. Detraction: Can't swivel the finger ring

Best case I have had for this phone

I gave the case 3 stars because while this case is durable and does a good job protecting my phone after many drops, the front case started sliding after a few weeks. I bought it for the look but I would at least like the adhesive to be stronger for the front case.

This oem case does as intended and pairs with the other zfold oem cases.

It's not a case that I can use daily and certainly does not offer any protection if I accidentally dropped my phone.

I ordered this case from Samsung at a discount when I preordered my Fold 5, and since the phone wasn't out yet, case options were limited. My expectations were low, and I wanted to review it here for additional visibility because I was pleasantly surprised! I have small hands and previously used a stick-on elastic loop on the back of my Fold 3, which got grungy and gross over time. The ring on this case feels much more secure, and I like that it's all nonporous and can be disinfected easily. The ring even sort of makes a kickstand, although orientation options are limited if you don't want it to fall over -- I'm still trying out different combos of orientation and fold angle. It's not the most protective case, but the flip side of that is that it's nice and thin. I like that it's clear and shows off the icy blue. The ring pops off easily with a twist to charge wirelessly, although the bump on the back keeps it from lying flat and makes positioning on a stand charger a bit more finicky. I do wish there were more functional vs. decorative Gadget accessories available, particularly a wireless car charger attachment. What surprised me most about this case, however, is how much it helps this beast of a phone actually STAY IN MY POCKET!! The woefully inadequate depth of women's pants pockets imposes a hefty pink tax when it means your $2000 phone might hit the ground any time you lean over -- both screens on my Fold 3 were flickering, washed out, and barely functional by the time I upgraded because it toppled out of my pockets so many times over 2 years. The ring on this case hits right below the opening of most of my pockets, so it catches just under the lip of the seam and keeps the phone from going anywhere on its own. It hasn't fallen out once yet (knock on wood). Perhaps this is a niche bonus, but it's a valuable one for me that totally sold me on this case.

Great case, protects the phone really well. I have removed the ring at the back and covered the hole with the cover that comes with the case. Great if you like to show of the colour of your phone and it does not get that "yellowish" colour.
