You advertise the 30' model. Where is it? I

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. We do indeed have the 30' pole model, however when it's not showing on the page it means the product is out of stock. Best regards, IGAD Team

where does the water come from? do you have to buy a huge tank filled with water or can you just connect it to the outside hose bibbs of the home?

Hello! The kit comes with a hose and a tap connector and you can connect it to your outside garden tap. We hope this answers your question, Best regards, IGAD Team

Does the liquid in the soap dispenser get diluted with water when it's dispersed? Or, does the pole disperse either soap or water separately?

Hello! Thank you or your inquiry. Yes the liquid in the dispenser gets diluted with the water when the tap is switched on. To rinse, you need to turn the tap off. We hope this answers your question. Best regards, IGAD Team
