We've had this for over 2 years and it still works beautifully. I love the warming rack and actually use it often enough that I've not lost it.

Cute and makes good toast. Just seems a little flimsy. When I got to push the handle to lower the bread, I feel like I'm going to bend or break it. I don't think it will, it just doesn't have a solid feel to it. But for now it looks great in my kitchen!

This toaster is fabulous. We love how evenly it toasts and makes bagels. The topper that was provided makes great garlic bread. It seems very durable and a value for your money. We bought the green color and love the retro feel.

Looks great, but it won't turn off. You push it down, and it stays down until you force it up. Thank goodness I didn't have anything in it or it would have caught on fire. The cancel button doesn't work either.

It makes toast and Eggosgood. I use the little rack to lay my toast or waffle on to help to melt the butter after it toasted.I bought the matching Hot water pot to be stylish. But I only used the hot water pot one time just to make sure it did work. My wife has a hot pot and I figure she will use it when he's goes out. Her's is red and sticks out like a sore thumb but I just go alone with it.

It is beautiful, i love the green color it looks great in my kitchen and the toaster works perfectly, oh ya the quality is 10 out of 10!

I adore the look of this toaster and the little pastry warmer is brilliant. Arrived on time and well packaged. The only downside is you have to crank it to the highest level to even mildly toast anything. Any lower than a 6 on the dial and you end up with warm bread. I’m still going to keep it but the option for toastier toast would be nice.
