Good for foundation nursing students.Not for nqn.Does not give you an extra edge when entering the nursing profession, or help you like "plan" and prepare how to actually be a nurse.It would be great for foundation students who have no idea what to expect and would really propel foundation year students well ahead.

I am new Nurse. Great book.

This book tells you how to deal with hospital administration, other nurses, salary negotiation, etc. It has nothing to do with nursing. I wanted a book that would help me guide new nurses on the floor. This is more of a my first job book. If you want to know how to talk to your boss and how to negotiate a salary (like you really get too as a new nurse.....NOT!) then this book is for you. I suggest you get it at the library first.
