Tru-SpecMen's Original Tactical Pant Pant

I've purchased lots of Tru-Spec trousers and shorts from Amazon. What I really like about them is the build quality, covert stretch waist and the super convenient 'drop in' phone pocket behind the leg pockets, which is why I buy this brand. However this is the third pair of trousers I've had from them that do not have the drop in phone pockets feature as shown in the photos, which makes me wonder if these are fake copies?
