Way too thick in quality. You've got to give your hair some air to breathe, surely.

Great grip and keep wig in place Be careful not tighten too much if you have fine hair. It may cause breakage along hairline

I have some cervical spine disorder, and at first 2, and then over time, 3 cervical spinal bones have fused together, causing me a chronic neck ache. I bought this here "wig grip" to hold my wig in place, and i was stunned to discover, that coincidentally, my neck ache is gone! Yes, that's right, somehow, this band somehow supports the top of my neck or something? i do not know exactly how, but, my neck ache is gone! That might not happen for anyone else with neck aches but, it happened to me. I did not expect that, as i had read nothing about this band could help a neck ache. I am now back to order more, and also to send one to my friend who had neck surgery years ago and she also suffers chronic neck aches. I am just absolutely delighted. BOnus---It also gives my older face juuuust a wee bit of lift, like a mini-face lift, not much, but just a tiny tad smoother. Also, so far as wigs go, this DOES hold my wig in place, AND it comforts my scalp, protecting it from the rather scratchy innards of my wig. It did NOT noticeably lift my wig up, it is not visible through my wig. It also holds back all my crazy wild hair from sneaking out of the edges of my wig. By the way, I have a size 26.5 inch head. I know, like Guinness world record head, LOL, yet, this thing DID fit my head. It is snug, reeally snug, and i thought, oh no, this will give me a headache, but i was wrong, no headache. IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE with a chronic neck ache, send them one of these. "MIght" help, sure won't hurt. I wear this band to bed now. JUst so thrilled, why didn't my doctor tell me a snug band around my scalp might help my neck ache? who knew?

great for keeping the wig on you need to get a new one every few months though becuase after the wash the velcro isnt as strong
