These candles are the best! Made to last. The timer setting is great and can be adjusted togo on each night when you flip the switch at the desired time. As winter approaches anddarkness comes earlier, you can turn it to the off position and back to timer to change thestart time. Batteries last for a few months even when it is used every night.We have used these candles during power outages. They are sure safer than a real candle.They trhow more light, as well.The flicker is very realistic. We own 8 of these big candles and 6 of the "Wee Willy Winky" kind offlicker candles.

The product appears to be as described however it is not "lightly scented"...the minute one opens the box the overwhelming, sickening "vanilla" odor which is really a sweet, vanilla-y, plastic smell is what you smell. Certainly not "Grandmom" baking...chemical is not a nice "scent". This needs to be better described.

They are so real looking. Love them the timer makes them effecient. The fragrance is soft and not overpowering. Great
