will this fit a Weber Genesis 300 gas grill?

I used it on my Weber Genesis 310 grill, and the flames were insane, had to go out and by a Weber brand regulator to get proper flames.

How many inches of water column is this regulator?

0.974462 PSI. This is the BEST thing about this regulator. My 36" Blackstone will barely get 380F with the supplied one (and the same with its Blackstone braided-cord replacement). This one lets it get to a good 500F (where else would you grill a steak?)

Looking for a hose that has these specifications 3/8" mip 5/8" thread does this work?

Rusty, This hose will work. The size is correct. However, I purchased this hose: Gas One 4 ft High Pressure Propane 0-20 PSI Adjustable Regulator with QCC-1 type Hose - Works With Newer U.S. Propane Tanks. I had to return two of the hoses you are asking about, because I could not control the flames. With the new hose, the grill works perfectly again. Hope this helps. Good luck!
