Made a big difference to me.
There are mixed reviews on here, which did make me think long and hard about forking out for something that might not work. But my experience has been that this belt has really helped me. It reduced the strain on the ligaments and took some of the belly weight, which has really helped me stay more mobile and reduced the discomfort I was in. I know it's not going to work for everyone, but I'm really pleased I took the chance as it's been a life saver in my third trimester.

Back pain relief
I bought this item ahead of when I actually needed it so couldn’t comment until now. Now 6 + months pregnant I’ve started to use this in the evenings when the weight of my little one really presses down low on my pelvis and hips. It definitely helps alleviate the pain and ease the discomfort. At first I wasn’t too sure but is a real life saver.
