I had a small issue with the order which I simply reported, not expecting much. WOW! Their customer service came through and made me whole in less than 1 day. So impressed, I will definitely purchase more from this vendor.(And kudos to Amazon for selecting vendors who care so much about their customers).Too early to report on the product itself, but at first sight, it should definitely do what it is supposed to do.

I installed a Doheny pool cover on my 15X30 pool and ordered the water bags to keep it in place. Big mistake. The water bags were ruined in a matter of a month or so. I went online and found these plastic water blocks at a better price than Doheny's. Easy to fill and they really work to keep the cover in place. Two big storms didn't budge them. I'm sure my Yorkies had something to do with puncturing the plastic bags but I watched them many times and they never seemed to bother them. So if you order a cover and have pets who roam your yard, the water boxes are a better bet.

I haven't even used these yet, but just from looking at them after purchasing, they seem like a massive step up from those more commonly used water tubes that almost always leak. I believe those water tubes are some sort of systemic fraud that should be fully investigated at the highest levels of our government. Again, United States Congress, if you're listening, those water tubes almost always leak, sometimes the 1st day! It's crazy! This product seems much better. If I have problems after actually using them, I'll make sure to amend or remove this positive review, and possibly even call for another Congressional investigation, but I definitely like what I've seen so far.

bought 24 of these and some of them had broken or cracked tops, not worth the money, 3rd party did not want replace broken parts

Like the product, so far so good with the pool. Would give 5 stars but 2 of the 12 were cracked all the way down the side so they won’t hold water.

Update: Spring opening went great. Easy to empty. I rinsed them out, let them dry, and they stacked nicely. Highly recommend. Wanted to change from water bags that failed every season. Winter is almost over and they still look good. They were easy to fill and move around. Hopefully they store well during the summer. Will update if anything changes.

I ordered 24 and recieved them ahead of schedule. Found 5 to be damaged and emailed seller. 4 days later replacements were on my front porch.These were alot easier to to use and perform better than the vinyl water tubes I had been using.I highly recommend the product and the seller.
