Amazing little PC. I would recommend the Plug n Play version for the $140 difference.
Customer service was Great! Extremely Patient & Helpful! They are in a different time zones so it took a couple of days for back and forth for them to help me figure out how to install windows and everything.. I had an issue with my original device, they quickly offered me a replacement, it might have been something I missed.Customer service was with me every step of the way and I truly appreciate that! The Product works exactly if not better than described or anticipated.I only ordered this because I had SATA SSD drives laying around from other PCs. Had RAM chips, but this is a small device so it need DDR4 for laptops. I have an external 20TB HDD, and my goal was to use this as a media server with Plex. that's why I went for the barebone. If they offered something in between Barebone and 32gb+1Tb, I would have most definitely gotten that.I ordered;Barebone kit $32516gb RAM chip for $18$343 all inUN1290(32gb+1TB) $462 vs UN1290(0+0) $325so $140if you have spare parts, go for the savings, if not spend the difference and enjoy this awesome little PCAgain Thank you for the guidance. I might order another one in the future. especially with a Core i9 CPU. Maybe in the Future, GPU's can also be shrunk down, and we'll have mini gaming PC's

What a nice personal STEM AI device
Dude it's quick and eating all the croutons in my big bowl of salad. Shorty smarty pants! I should buy 2 more and get totally busted... [like a knighted Duke!]

Have the tools.
If you buy the bare bones kit. Make sure you have the tools to take it a part. Meaning.. you need a tiny little screwdriver to fit into the casing in order to take it apart. It doesn't come with a screwdriver to dismantle it.

Neat little box
It is amazing that such performance can fit into such a small box, and at such a decent price. The thing is silent, runs basic games and browsers, etc., and does it all quickly to boot. Very impressed.

You need to know before buying
It can boot, It can do minor work, however, the way the bios and other options are configured, it becomes not usable if you remove their spy and bloatware. I am returning because even the Intel based Ether port wont function, forget wifi. I am a systems admin and engineer with 8 years experience, this is one of the worst things I've seen in a while.
