It is NOT the belt at all, it's a stocking cap, but for your tummy. I did not complain because you can say I got my money's worth, but not my expectations met. This may not be the case for you, so just make up your own mind, it might really work for you, like it works for me. I got a free pair of thigh trimmer out of it!

I went by the measurements that they provided and went down a size b/c I wanted it to really hide my belly. I'm bummed I got 2 of these off the bat b/c they don't do much slimming or smoothing. I should have gone down 2 sizes...

i should of ordered a medium.i does stretch and compress the areas that you want. BUT if u have a long torso order 2.

I wish they were just a little longer- you will get a muffin top if you pull it down or a gut if you pull it upI ordered 2 so I might attached them and wear them together =)

I think this doesnt work it just made my stomach bulge out not suck in.. Wont buy again. I'd rather buy fat burning pills.

I got this product today . Its not the same material as shown. Its just a small fish net with not so stretchy ends. I ordered a L it wouldn't go around my arms it looked like it was made for size xs.. some one needs to send me the right one like the picture ..

For the purpose it's excellent. Not for waist trimmer just cover up. Much less then comparable products
