The machine they sent me the first time failed to turn on, we returned it and was sent a new unit.I used it for the first time yesterday and the heating element burned out within 4 hours running on mild heat. I simply had a blanched leaf vegetable modesty spread on 8 on all 10 trays. The system now only runs the fans with no heat making the system useless. Very upset with the product but the seller seems to be an honest friendly dealer so I believe the blame is on the manufacturer.

Only the top 2/3 shelves work. I had it full of mushrooms at the weekend and after 18 hours the other shelves looked like I had just picked them

Al ser una empresa en Alemania, pensé que estaba comprando un deshidratador alemán con la calidad que solemos atribuir a los productos alemanes. Cuando llegó, no estaba mal, pero los acabados no eran de algo fabricado en Alemania o con supervisión alemana, lo estuve pensando mucho y lo devolví. El vendedor me atendió muy bien en todo momento. Al deshidratador le falta y es necesario, rejillas de material flexible para las bandejas, pues cuando se deshidrata por ejemplo fruta, ésta se queda pegada y es necesario despegarla doblando la base, cosa aquí imposible. También le falta las hojas a su medida para hacer "cueros" de frutas y verduras. Son dos cosas esenciales para la deshidratación. Los agujeros de las bandejas tal cual están son muy grandes y frutas del bosque o frutos secos se colarían. Por lo demás no lo usé de modo que no puedo hablar de la calidad del secado y de la máquina. No hay deshidratadores más baratos, simplemente no dan lo que dan otros más caros.

Nach nur 6 Maligem Gebraucht Heizt er schon nicht mehr auf und bläst nur noch Kalte LUft 2016 Gekauft und in diesem Jahr ein Mal gebraucht dieses JAhr 2017 5 Mal Zum dörren von Apfelscheiben und Pilzen Genutzt beim 7 mal Erzeugt er keine Wären mehr ,Habe Verkäufer Kontaktiert und warte nun ab ob da Reagiert wird das Dörrgut kann ich natürlich wegschmeissen ^^

inserisco questa recensione non sul prodotto in sè, ma sull'azienda che lo produce. Sappiate che in Italia non hanno centri assistenza e non vendono pezzi di ricambio, quindi se si rompe il giorno dopo allo scadere della garanzia potete buttare via tutto.

Solo un po grande, quando l'ho acquistato non saltavano all'occhio le misure e non ho pensato di cercarle. Molto soddisfatta, il pro è che così riesco ad essiccare maggiori quantità in un'unica volta e visti i tempi che ci vogliono non è da sottovalutare.
