I like that this is in 3 pieces. I'm 5ft so I can't comfortably wear all three. For me all three are useful for differing things. I'm 3 months post op. And in differing levels of discomfort as I heal. These are helping. They are well constructed and the fabric seams durable. Not bulky. Make sure to read the instructions for how to apply, secure and wear. When you reccive the package, follow all of them for your safety. The measurements are spot on. So measure correctly and order according to the widest part of your waist. You'll need a little strength to complete the Velcro hold which is also very secure.

I just got this wrap today as I had seen my surgeon and may either have another hernia or diastatis regardless this wrap will help either one (waiting on getting scans to diagnose.) I have tried many wraps over the years for slimming and all that but they either rolled up on me while sitting down with it on or just was not comfortable. So far even with wearing it for a little bit, it is super comfortable and I can breathe in it compared to others that made me feel like i was suffocating. This one does not do that and doesn't make me feel sweaty like others do as the material is very breathable. I would definitely recommend this for anyone whether you have just given birth (c section mom here twice and wish I would have had this for then) or have diastasis or even a hernia. Or if you are trying to slim up the mom belly or non mom belly and have to loose skin that needs help tightening up. Im super excited to wear this one while needing it. I also suffer with back pain and from reading other reviews it looks like it's helped others with that as well so I'm definitely looking forward to some relief. Over all very comfortable and easy to put on compared to other ones and i love how I can choose to either wear all 3 or 2 or just 1 of them depending on my needs for it. Highly recommend as i said I've tried many over the past 7-8 years and none have been comfortable and breathable like this one!

Seems super effective! Comes with three bands to target different areas. Not too uncomfortable like most belly bands and worth the price!

Comes with three pieces. Very comfortable and helps posture you can wear only 1 or 2 bands postpartum until it gets easier.

This fits well on my wife but I think I should have ordered one size up for comfort. The guide for size was on point. She loves to wear it as it breathable too.

The quality of the product is great, it’s soft quality materials. The size of the belts are accurate (I bought M) the belts really covers the areas that they are built for it, also the pelvis belt has Velcro on both sides (other brands only on one side) I’m currently using only pelvis and waist belts and don’t roll up. I had a hernia surgery. Great elasticity and with doble belt you will feel that you can tighten the belts even more. Price is worth to pay this price you won’t regret it. The functionality of the product is amazing my doctor said that the belt will help with the swelling and this belt makes a huge difference. ( I bought other similar belt and I ended up returning it once I compared with the other brand with MAMODY)

I purchased this “binder” for my sister following a complicated hernia repair that included two large abdominal mesh patches in the upper abdomen and lower abdomen as a result of a previous total hysterectomy. She was given a belly binder at the hospital, but it was not designed for a woman’s body. This binder was absolutely perfect. She could use all 3 bands or just the one she needed for the days activity. She wore the binder for 8 weeks total per her doctor’s instructions. She was very pleased with the quality, comfort and ease of use putting it on.
