This is the good stuff. Gives the burst of energy to start and finish a workout without any burnout or crash. Sidenote: the beta alanine hits hard but I like it. If you dont like the itchy/prickly feeling then you may not like this.

Awesome preworkout
I tried this brand out of curiosity. An honestly if your looking for a prework that gives you a pump and is smooth after your finished working out. This is it. I highly recommend. Some prework outs give a horrible after effect for those persons that have experienced this they can relate. This prework is very clean

Worked well, tasted fine. Didn’t like the fact that they still use artificial dyes for color which is why I gave it a 3 star.

This product may expose you to Lead and Cadmium
Beware of this item. The taste is awful and it leaves a chemical aftertaste that last a while. I was also surprised to see the P65 warning label stating that consuming this product may expose you to Lead and Cadmium. Why would a pre workout expose you to this? I would avoid this product.
