The charging case for this product draws very little current, so most new USB-C style chargers won't recognize that the case is connected because they are designed to deliver much more power. To charge the case, you need to use the provided cable or any USB-A type cable. It will work on older, low-power chargers or on some newer USB-C adapter with USB type A port in addition. If you try to use a USB-C charger and USB-C cable, it will not work. It is what you pay for, you cannot expect a 5-start product for the price, so expect to deal with some issues or go get an original one and deal with the $ pain. I am losing cases regularly, so for me, this knockoff replacement is a perfect choice.

It worked great for one year, and then completely failed. There's no lights on, and no charging. I've tried multiple chargers, multiple cables, etc... it's bricked.

Look, for 20 bucks. Buy it. I left my buds case at a friend's house on the other side of town, and I needed something to get me through a week. Charged up fast, charged my galaxy buds, worked exactly like I needed. I keep this one in my truck for a spare charger and it's great. The lid doesn't close as like...seamlessly (on the original case everything just kind of snaps in) and you have to make sure the buds are lined up, but again....20 bucks. Easy buy, I got mine the next day...no complaints.

I accidentally washed my earphones in the washing machine then my husband found this case as my earphones Still work but the case didn't. It works fine just doesn't hold charge like the original case. Charges the earphones just fine so I'm good with that.

Earbuds charge while case plugged in but the case doesn't charge

Bought it bcuz my original samsung charging station got wet in the washer and stopped working. I noticed though my earbuds still worked. So I found this great solution. It charged my buds and saved me from buying a whole new set. Eventually will upgrade for something new but for now it works.

it stopped working less than a month after buying it. the case is at 100% charged but it won't charge the headpg hones like it's supposed to. unfortunately I misplaced the packaging so I can't return it.

I got this charging case as a backup. The build is quite sturdy and when charging my buds fit snugly and the lid closes pretty tight. Charging is pretty fast and the led indicator is super handy to check the charge level. It has protection against overcharging and short circuits, which is great for peace of mind. The battery claims to give 4 full charges before needing a recharge. So far the battery holds up well. Plugging in the usb-c connector to the case is a bit unsmooth, but this is quite a minor issue for a backup case at this price.

Got these for an extra charger for my ear buds. Works really well. Charges the ear buds really fast.
