Once you inflate the wrap, can you turn the valve and disconnect the bulb and tubing?

Yes, you can inflate the wrap, then turn the ON/OFF valve to OFF. At that point, no air should come out of the wrap and you can remove the tubing if you want.

Can you tell me where I can find this or a similar item with compression for plus size people?

Unfortunately, we only have that size for now. The only other one that I am aware of is the Donjoy DuraKold that goes up to 28", but it doesn't have the compression tube. I hope this helps.

Can I purchase extra gel pack? I know it comes with 2 but would like 3.
