Excellent product and can highly recommend this product. It gives me so much more energy and I am free of pains and aches in my body which is wonderful especially after spending almost 1 year in the recuperation process of restoring my body back to optimal health. I definitely recommend this specific product as it is not just of a high standard but it gave me some of my life back especially energy wise and it is wonderful to be free of pain that was deeply imbedded into my body’s tissue areas. It gave me another lease on life which is so rewarding.

Excellent stuff. I believe it to be a quality product. I use it transdermally and orally and find that both work well. It has a very calming effect. And since many people are deficient in magnesium, and it's a crucial mineral, it's probably worth trying, especially if you don't sleep well, have palpitations when you're stressed, or would like to feel calmer. When I use it on my skin, I put about 5 or 6 drops (the dropper is excellent and there is a measure built in so you know exactly how much you are using) all the way up both forearms and then rub it in. It might be psychological but I believe it helps. I have read that if you are deficient in magnesium, you might find that your skin itches the first few uses. Although I did get skin itching when I first used it, I can't confirm whether that was the reason, or whether my skin got used to the preparation eventually!

I started taking magnesium on the recommendation of a friend while suffering with frequent muscle cramps. After taking this for several days, all of the cramps have disappeared - I'm really impressed!One thing I will say, make sure you dilute it, it isn't particularly unpleasant, but it is very strong tasting.

Sorry I cannot comment on its efficacy because I can’t even put it in my mouth a second time. I often tolerate strange tastes when others can’t but this is absolutely rank!! It stays in your mouth too for ages so someone can have mine if they want it.

I'm sure the liquid itself is fine but when you squeeze the top of the bottle fully to get the liquid into the pipette it only fills it halfway. Thoroughly annoying. I will be going back to Mega Mag. Slightly cheaper also I've noticed.

So much better then taking pills and easy to use, I take it with water. After a few days I felt a huge improvement in my muscle cramps and I am sleeping better. I have been sleeping straight through till early morning which is unusual for me. I am very happy with my purchase. I have bought several products from this Supplier and am very pleased with their service.

The test is gross! And I have only used it twice, and ended up with a rash all over my face. Not something I would buy again, or recommend
