This handmade leather bag is true to its description. This is a big bag though-it's bigger than I thought it would be. Its creation, however, is wonderful. It's made from nice leather, has multiple straps for closure (no snaps though) and it truly looks old world. When one of my daughters saw it, her reaction was, nice Steampunk purse mom-so it has that old world, vintage look to it. My purse came with a nice note on really thick, cool paper, explaining how to take care of the leather and how to treat the bag for the best benefit. While you aren't supposed to get this wet, I was out and about in the rain and I noticed the water caused droplet marks all over the purse. It an hour or two the marks were gone. This purse will get more interesting and better with age. I love the feel and the texture of this purse. Although it's a little large for my frame, I am 5 3 - I feel like I am carrying a special bag-this is very unique and it has a cool plate that says 'handmade world.' I find that though this is a large purse because it can fit a laptop, my stuff doesn't get lost. I've been able to reach my keys, wallet, etc with ease where with some large purses, I have to dig and take things out to find something. The compartments are perfect and this has a nice zipper pocket as well. Overall, the construction, quality and the look of this bag are really great. The stitching in the leather is fine and strong. The straps are cool-I am going to shorten mine by adding a few more holes for the shoulder strap but that will be easy and it's only because the strap is a little long for my stature. I love this bag and it is going to last me a long, long time! Thanks to the maker for providing the type of purse that I have been looking for ages in a price range I can afford. Normally, when I see a leather purse like this, there is a super high price that goes with it. I will cherish this purse and take good care of it.

I love the look and quality of this bag. I had a job where I would work out of different offices during the week, so I needed something reliable that would last numerous trips and carry my laptop, office supplies, and the smaller peripheral items. This bag not only held everything, but it was comfortable to wear when I had to carry everything from the parking lot down the block to the office. I tend to be very hard on bags, but after months of repeated use I don't see any signs of wear (stitching remains intact, inside canvas isn't fraying, outside of the bag isn't warping or discoloring, but it is becoming softer which you would expect from leather). Overall, a wonderful bag for an excellent price.

The bag is amazing, I get many compliments on it. The reason for this is the buckle for the small pocket in the front broke completely, can I get a replacement bag and I will send this on back?

I bought this for my daughter at the beginning of the school year. She was so excited when it showed up and she couldn't wait to use it. Once school started, she got a TON of compliments. Unfortunately, a couple of the buckles busted, but she didn't care, so she continued to use it. Then the buckle that holds the connection for the body strap broke and she was seriously bummed. It was about 4 months after school started, so I reached out to Hulsh. They were GREAT! They reviewed the pictures to try and determine if they could fix it. They decided it couldn't be fixed so they sent her a new bag! She couldn't be happier and is back to receiving compliments on how cool her bag is.:)

Very impressed with the quality of this bag, it's absolutely perfect for my needs. Easily fits a 14 inch laptop as well as my legal pad (which is in a Samsonite leather open binder, don't know what they're actually called) and a specialty screwdriver set with a case. The biggest surprise to me is the quality of the hardware, the clasps and buckles seem like they'll be very durable, the front straps do have a quick release clasp so you don't have to unfasten it each time you need to open the bag. The shoulder strap it comes with is also well made and has portions that are also leather. I could not be more pleased with the purchase, it's better quality than big names that cost 3X as much... and the little imperfections with it being handmade add to the feel that it didn't just come off an assembly line. In short, it's perfect...if anyone who works for Hush reads this, thank you for making a great product. It obvious that the leatherworkers have skill and passion & it's apparent great care goes into each bag. It's nice to get what you expected and paid for... I'll be recommending your company.

This is by far the finest bag I've ever purchased. Beautiful, beautiful leather worksmanship. I've had it over a year now, and I get compliments any time I carry it. After a year of rough handling and sitting in my high humidity house, it still looks the same, and I think the color richness has deepened. Yes, it will have a leather smell on arrival, but I let mine sit and "air" for about 2 or so weeks, though it certainly doesn't need that long. The fabric on the inside is nice and heavy, and every edge and corner of this bag is built to last. I bought this to accommodate a heavy 15" new (2018) Macbook I need for work, and it fits with plenty of room to spare - I've even slipped my 13" personal laptop in at the same time and still have ample space for random junk. The strap is sturdy and wide and distributes the weight well across my shoulder, so I don't mind lugging my laptop around.

Absolutely love the color and quality of this product. I ordered the 11x15 size for my Surface Pro, and it fits with room to spare. Secondly, I threw in my 14” HP Envy to see what that would do, and it fits snugly inside, even with the Surface Pro still inside it. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and I’m extremely pleased with the pride that went into the bag. The material is also really nice, and I look forward to seeing how it ages. The only feedback I have that isn’t necessarily positive is that the strap doesn’t unhook from the bag. This isn’t an issue for me as I wear it over my shoulder, but if you’re looking to use this strictly as a briefcase, you won’t be able to remove the strap without cutting either the leather strap or the metal anchor. Also, as a previous reviewer wrote, I received mine with an extra zipper compartment in the back, which I absolutely love. Definitely a bonus. Lastly, you have to latch your straps shut on the main compartment in order to pick it up from the strap. If it’s not latched, it will open up. Again, not an issue for me. I love this bag!

Have not had it enough to rate anything. Just want to give you my opinion. Good and one thing that really needs to improve. Bag looks great. Beautiful. Built well, stores electronics well. A ton of great about bag. Issue: the steps that close the bag in front buckle instead of snap. You need to buckle and unbuckle every time. Not an easy task and a pain. Change the straps to snap and it’s a perfect bag.

A quality item which looks the business. I have been buying the cheaper Falcon etc plastic bags for years but these are around £30-35 and never last two years. This is fine but it's not cost effective long-term, and as it gets a hammering (I'm a lecturer). This is smaller than my previous ones but I want to carry less anyway. My Lenovo Twist fits easily into the padded centre compartment and with 4 other internal pockets and one zipped outer, there's plenty of storage. An A4 lever-arch and thinner A4 ring binder will fit concurrently. The proprietor appears to want to go to the ends of the earth for you, should there be ANY discrepancies. Excellent!

Great bag, just what I was looking for. I'd originally purchased from a different vendor and, after receiving one broken bag and one that was a completely different colour, I decided enough was enough and found this seller. It's a great quality and matched the description - very pleased.
