Overall great Rollator with some (Easily solvable) design nitpicks
We bought this for my wife who has MS and can only walk short distances unaided. This is her second rollator but the first one, although great for giving her initial confidence to move independently had solid wheels and did not deal with kerbs and bumpy paths well - not great as we spend a lot of our time in Portugal where cobbles are almost everywhere. This one certainly solved that problem, the bumps from the cobbled paths in Portugal were absorbed without exhausting her and the larger wheels made mounting kerbs a lot easier. Overally it's a really good rollator, sturdy and well made. Some reviewers mentioned difficulty in assembly, I did not have a problem though you need to make sure you get the bolt holes in the wheel rod which goes into the chassis in alignment with the holes in the frame - which was a bit fiddly until I realised. Overall, great value for money, stable and versatile. A couple of points: 1. Descending high curbs can be tricky as the large front wheels can swing into each other and effectively jam the rollator in the gully. 2. As mentioned in other reviews, the bag is not well held on and can pop off easily. I solved this by jamming wine bottle corks into the bag retaining claws (see picture). They stay there very well but I keep a spare handy in case. 3. The plastic wing nuts which retain the front wheel supports are rather exposed and one of ours broke off on impact with a door frame, resulting in the bolt falling out. This meant the wheel could fall out of the frame if lifted off the ground. I made a temporary retaining solution by putting a cable tie thorugh the bolt hole, then later replaced that and the remaining front wheel wing bolt with M6 35mm bolts and nylon sleeved locknuts. Now the wheels are no longer vulnerable to careless airport baggage handlers or door frame damage and highly secure. These bolts are available from Amazon as a pack with matching locknuts (also pictured). If you need to release them it only takes a hex key and pliers or a small spanner. 4. Unlike our previous one, this had no clip to keep it folded for putting into a car boot or checking in at airports. My solution was a velcro strip which gets wound around the handlebars after folding and keeps them there nicely. It can be wound around a single handlebar when not needed. 5. It's worth checking the tightness of the various nuts and bolts regularly otherwise as mentioned in other reviews things can loosen and start to rattle. I suggest also keeping an eye on the tyre pressures as they can deflate, especially after being in an aircraft hold.

Sturdy, stable and smooth travel.
Well made, heavy enough to be stable but not too heavy. Easy to assemble (provided you read the instructions). Purchased for my Mother who previously had an extra light walker, which she found too light and didn't feel stable. She is far happier with this one and particularly pleased with the smooth action of the pneumatic tyres!

A few mild issues but overall a very nice mobility aid
This mobility aid was really what I needed and I was glad it came quick. I didn't expect it to require as much assembly but the instructions were ok to follow and everything was marked correctly with labelled stickers. The front and back wheels as well as the handles had to be assembled which took a bit of lifting and moving around but it was manageable. For the construction it is definitely very light, perhaps as light or lighter than a manual sports wheelchair. Some issues I found, is that I have adjusted the handles to their maximum height and I'm 5'9". This is without wearing shoes. It will be ok with flat shoes, but I like to wear platforms and the handles are far too low for me to be any taller than I am. There is lots of space in the metal bar where the adjuster holes are though, I am honestly considering drilling extra holes myself Another thing I noticed is that the height adjustment pins for the handles wiggle quite a bit, so any lifting up of the rollator makes some loud clicking noises. I wish there was something to tighten the adjustment like how you would on a metal walking stick. Maybe if I lightly wrap it in electrical tape it will be more silent. The last issue I had was the tyres did not arrive evenly pumped, which was ok for a few days only using at home but definitely too flat to use outside. If I had known I would have bought a hand pump in advance, but I got one quickly and after pumping the tyres full it made a big difference. The breaks work well and are adjustable. I appreciate the reflective stickers that come attached. The back support gets a bit squished in box but moving it around and leaning on it helps reshape it. The bag is easily detachable and comes with a shoulder strap. It also has net pockets on either side. Like others have said the seat is a bit tall, I like this as I'm tall but I would like a foot rest. I might make an attachable sling style one for myself. (Only for when sitting) Love the cupholder. The cane holder is ok, the tall part is held by velcro sewn to the back rest so it's a little wobbly. I like to shorten my cane to the smallest setting so it's not at my eye height when on the rollator. The seat is more comfortable than I expected, and has a waterproof/velvety rubbery feel to it. Seems easy to clean. The folding mechanism is simple too, but takes some force to fully fold. I usually pull up the handle a bit, then go to the side and push it in against my body to fully fold it. I have ME/CFS (moderate) just as a reference of strength.

Well Made
Really sturdy and well made. Bought the green coloured one and really happy with it. Easy to push and has large front pneumatic wheels which means it should go easily on sand and gravel if it needs to. Bag is removable and can hold quite a bit of gear and all in all it is relatively light weight and fits in the boot of the car. I registered online and now have a 3 year guarantee from Helavo. It was fairly simple to put together but some may find that 2 people assembling makes the whole process easier. However, I found it fairly easy to do and used my dining room table with a few towels laid on it to prevenet scratching the table and the rollator. All in all a good purchase and relatively good value for money as it feels premium quality.

Dangerous and poor quality
I bought this rollator on the 6th of April, a couple of weeks after my husband died as I needed something better than my old regular walker to take my dog over to the green to let my dog have a run around. It seemed ideal with the larger wheels and being advertised as a "All Terrain" rollator walker, I mean I wasn't going in the forests with it, or climbing a mountain, just the green over the road. I just needed it to help deal with holes left by horses’ hooves, which since I've had it hasn't been needed as the parish council have been cutting the grass more often and you can see where the holes are. OK so it arrives and my son put it together for me. One of the front wheels had to be removed straight away as when we went to blow the tire up the pump couldn't attach to the valve to put air in as the valve had a big chunk taken out of it. A replacement was sent out immediately after contacting and sending photos of the issue to the company by email. The rings underneath the seat have been causing issues. I will just say that I am careful when folding because I did see that there might be issues with the folding, so I have been careful when doing so. But when it first happened my mum was picking me up in a busy road and I attempted to fold it, it wouldn't do so. I was getting in a real panic as there was a huge line of traffic. In the end I had to take the front wheels off so I could get it in mums’ little car, I couldn't fold it, it was a hard job, but I just about managed. Since then, after attaching the ring etc back together it has done it a fair few times and I struggle with it. It is also affecting the strap on the seat, which is what you pull up to fold the walker which is not taut like it was. The rings underneath are no longer rings as you will see in the photos, they need more substantial rings to cope with the job. And I can see that eventually the webbing that the rings go through will probably wear through. Since then, we have noticed (because we didn't fit the extras initially) there was no part to hold the drinks cup in place so it's useless, it was also missing the wingnut or bolt, whatever was suppose to hold it together and add to the stability of the walker. I decided to give it a check over and I also found that, one of the caps from the back of the seat is missing, not a massive thing, but I have managed to scrape myself on it a few times. I emailed the company and received a reply apologising again and sending me a link on Amazon to buy a new cup holder and attachment WHEN they are in stock, personally I don’t think I should be the one paying for this to be replaced? Also initially the walker was lovely and quiet, which was perfect for me and was wonderful after dealing with the noisy regular hard wheeled walkers, especially being out early hours of the morning, I felt that I had been waking people up, but that went after a while, it is now squeaky, creaky and makes all kinds of noises. So now I come onto the worst bit…yes there is more, and it’s dangerous, in the last few weeks my walker has developed a real bad wobble in the front wheels, including when I am crossing the road. I have seen other people have had the same problem too, but remember, I ordered this the beginning of April, I’ve had it 3 months. It’s dangerous and makes the stability crap. There is movement in the whole walker, it is not stable. I haven’t emailed the company about this because to be fair I no longer seem to be getting anywhere with them. I am struggling to know what to do. This is not what I expected from an All-Terrain walker, it’s not what I expected from any walker in this short amount of time. It has made my life more miserable at a time when I didn’t need it

Sturdy walker giving freedom to the user!
My 79 year old mother was struggling to walk far or normally but immediately with this she has confidence and I was impressed with how well and quickly she walked with it. As soon as she asked about one I saw the options on Amazon and decided this sturdy one with good wheels, a cup holder (she has to sip dioralyte all day long so this is a major plus) and good engineering was the one to go for. I am not disappointed. The additional cane holder may also come in handy in the future. This is certainly going to give her more freedom and I wouldn't be surprised if she is walking without it generally in a couple of months after getting more strength while using it. I found everything lined up perfectly and the engineering and finish top notch. They might not make Volkswagens like they used to, bit this is good. In my opinion it's good value for money.

First impressions are very good
First impressions are very good - clearly a well designed and well made item and relatively straightforward to put together. I'm impressed that it is only about 22 lb but seems very sturdy and supportive, with large tyres giving it a good ability to take bumps in its stride. It folds easily to just under half-width, making storage simpler. If, as I was, you are looking for a sturdy outdoors rollator (as opposed to a lightweight indoors/pavement one) then my impression is that this one fits the bill. So far, I'm very pleased.

Recommended - but it is not perfect.
The rollator is easy to assemble and of sturdy construction. There is a slight problem with manoueverability, compared to my other rollator. This may be due to the larger front wheels. However, with large wheels and pneumatic tyres, it is a much smoother ride. The handle height is a bit low - they could do with being at least one "notch" longer. The bag is large, but does come off the fixings rather too easily, if not full of items. I have yet to test it over rougher ground.

Stabile, comodo e perfetto per esterni
Molto solido e ben progettato.

Solider Rollator, schnell geliefert, gut verpackt, ohne Kratzer etc., Zusammenbau unkompliziert.
