Perfect Little Nail Clippers – Sharp, Slim, and Travel-Ready
These nail clippers are exactly what I was looking for. The ultra-thin, mini design makes them incredibly easy to carry—perfect for travel, a EDC pocket, or a small toiletry kit. Despite their compact size, they feel solid and well-made, not flimsy at all. The wide jaw opening is a standout feature. It handles natural fingernails effortlessly and cuts cleanly without bending or tearing. The blades are sharp and precise, so trimming is quick and smooth with no snagging. I also appreciate the folding design—it’s safe, neat, and very convenient. Simple, effective, and thoughtfully designed. If you want reliable nail clippers that don’t take up space and actually work well, these are an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

I love these
I took a chance on these, since there were more expensive options, and I love them. Very sharp, easy to use, great price. I was just looking for regular ones, and admittedly I was wooed by the modern design, but it paid off. They’re the sharpest clippers I’ve ever had. The cutting area is curved, but just slightly, so they’re also good for clipping off hag nails. Of course, they’re very thin, which is also a plus. The cutting surface is slightly wider than regular ones, so they’re a good midrange. I didn’t really care about the glass nail file that just seemed to be thrown in for free, but I gotta say, it’s really cool and works great! My skin cracks bad in the winter, and I was even able to exfoliate the problem areas on my fingers with it. It saved me a lot of pain. I would buy one of these separately if I ever loose it.

Great travel / EDC nail clippers
These clippers have a unique design which keeps them small and compact while still working well. The materials and workmanship are good. If you don't follow the simple directions for using clippers they wont work as intended, but thats a user issue and not a problem with the clippers. The glass nail file definitely exceeded expectations. The file is thicker than their metal counterparts, which takes a little getting used, but it’s my go to file now.

Pure garbage
Wish zero stars was an option. These clippers are 10/10 amazing if your goal is anything other than clipping nails. As they don’t cut nails. At all. Jokes on me for not returning them in time. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid these clippers at all costs.

Read the instructions
I'm certain that most people leaving bad reviews aren't paying attention to the fact that you have to manipulate the lever into position to get the correct leverage. Without doing this, yes, the jaws won't close completely, but it seems like that's by design so they won't blunt themselves being closed all the time. That said, keeping the lever in that correct position is a little awkward. It really takes two hands to get it there, but it's easy for it to slip out of place while getting the clippers into the correct position, which means you kinda have to start over. Hardly the end of the world, and you could probably learn how to manipulate the lever into position with one hand, but it's kind of annoying. It seems like a design that could hold itself in place better would be possible. Also, it's definitely going to pop open in your pocket if you have anything else in there. The design is begging for some sort of interlock to keep the lever from popping out of its storage position. But it does come with a leatherette case that will prevent that, but that makes it not so small. The flatness is still nice. But it works well, beyond requiring a little more dexterity than the standard sort of clipper, is sharper than I expected it to be, is quite small and thin, and is just a neat design.

EDC Perfect
I carry a Maxpedition Micro pouch in my front pocket every day. It’s a very comprehensive Urban Survival kit. However, I have been missing one important tool to this point – a pair of nail clippers. I researched several options with the aim of finding a very compact, yet effective set of clippers. I finally settled on these XGIXMOO nail clippers – S-Jointed version. . The flat profile and overall size are perfect for my pouch, adding zero bulk in the Maxpedition pouch, tucked next to my very small, Nextool Mini Sailor (Scissors version) multitool. I didn’t need the included glass nail file in its plastic case, the key ring loop, nor the little faux leather pouch. They will come in handy for other things! . You HAVE to follow the instructions to use these. Otherwise, they don’t cut properly. I was pleased that they actually do a perfect job of nail trimming. I did find that the handle moved back out of position when swapping to my other hand and when I went to use them again, they didn’t cut. I pushed it forward and I was back in business. I really like the fact that the nail clippings stay inside the tool, just behind the cutting edges, and you can empty them out appropriately without leaving bits all over. . I was a little concerned about paying $13 for a pair of nail clippers with a 10% 1-Star rating. However, the money has proven well worth it. I have an effective pair of ultra-compact clippers for those broken or chipped nails when out on the road. Awesome! . Don’t hesitate to seriously consider these should you need a pair of EDC nail clippers!

Compact and well made.
This is a very nice precision made product. Conceals easily in my travel bag allowing for discreet nail clips when needed. Very functional once you know how to use it. I can see how some people might get confused. Very good price compared to similar options. Fits well in hand and easy to grasp.

Low Profile
Perfect for work, low profile enough to where I can keep them on my work keys, really sharp too.
